R & R on the Ravine

What a wonderful discovery! Shane and Kirstee have given us a great place to enjoy peace and quiet. Our cabin, Restorealot, was perfect. So clean and comfortable and no doubt, cozy in winter. Everything is there for you. We had the breakfast basket, wow, delightful and plentiful. The bird life is amazing, as was the wildlife on our walks around the property. We will see you again!!!!!

Loved every bit of our stay at Romancealot especially the outdoor cedar hot tub!! The smell of the natural oil from the wood plus the jet bubbles were so relaxing we never wanted to leave. Lots of privacy and lots to explore within the property. Waking up to see kangaroos was such a highlight. Shane was very accomodating and had lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in the two room cabin. An ideal location to watch the sunsets and even had a warm afternoon in the sun. Close to many wineries and other Southern Granite Belt attractions. We will certainly return.

R and R on the Ravine is an absolute gem! Peaceful location, perfectly decked out cabins with so many thoughtful extra touches. Shane made us feel so welcome during our stay. Loved waking up to see the kangaroos and rabbits outside our cabin. Thoroughly recommend!

My partner & I stayed in the Romancealot cabin for 3 days & 2 nights over the Easter break and it was absolutely divine! Shane gave us a full tour & rundown on all the facilities and things we needed to know about the cabin when we first got there it was one of the newly built ones. He was incredibly friendly & we loved their dog Bandit! The outdoor cedar hot spa tub was our favourite, we really enjoyed our dips in there while watching the sunset. We cooked on all the nights we stayed, it was awesome having all the necessary kitchen utensils/equipment - they had a huge outdoor home barbeque burner, air fryer, gas stove, etc... Thank you for making our stay feel so special! We're all relaxed & ready to get back to our busy lives :)

loved staying here. my partner and I stayed in Romance A Lot for 2 nights and it was breathtaking. loved the room, deck with full cooking capabilities plus a fire place & daybed. and the most incredible Red Cedar hot tub. perfect for those chilly Stanthorpe nights. we will most definitely be back. Loved the tranquillity of staying here.

Amazing place. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful surrounds. The walk to the Summit in the property to watch the sunset is every bit worth it. Take wine and snacks to reward yourself as you sit at the table and chairs waiting for you at the top. Enjoy the serenity and take in the beautiful view….. AND have it all to yourselves!! Loved our stay.

This place was really fantastic, the owners really put a lot of effort into making your stay relaxing. If you organise hampers they are filled with the most delicious selection of local produce.
It was really refreshing to stay here and see the Kangaroos in the morning and evening, bunnies are also in the mix as well as beautiful native birds.

The Cabin itself is very comfortable and has a very homely feel. There is a fire place for when the temperature drops to snuggle up and enjoy a nice drop of local wine with your special someone.

There is also a lookout on the property that takes about 30mins where you can encounter wildlife and you can take the provided picnic hamper and blanket, where you can sit and watch the sunset.

Kirstee and Shane have poured their heart and soul into this incredibly beautiful retreat! Every single detail is thought of, to make your stay as memorable as possible!

What a precious hidden gem. Such exclusivity! Nothing better than your own private property to escape the city madness. So many thoughtful and special touches make it an even nicer stay away. Within the property, your own bushwalking trail leading to a spectacular summit view and wildlife practically at your front door, what more could you want. We will be returning back for sure.

Such a magic spot. Sitting outside with a drink watching the sunset was spectacular. The cabin was awesome everything you needed and so clean and tidy and I highly recommend the breakfast hamper. Definitely be back again

I loved everything about my stay here from the cosy fire on a cold rainy day to the kangaroos on the 'front lawn' to the lovely hosts and beautiful comfortable cabin.

Fabulous idyllic getaway close to everything but you never want to leave with the view and wildlife from your deck. Can’t wait to go back!
