Manchester Road Early Learning Centre

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the support our family has received while at Manchester road. My child is always offered care with warmth, security and comfort by all educators. As an anxious and paranoid mother, I am always met with reassurance and comfort myself. The team at Manchester, including manager Em, have a wonderful way of making it feel like home. I wouldn’t send my child anywhere else.

Would definitely recommend this centre. Our 2 youngest went there, with our daughter doing kinder this year getting reading for prep next year. Seeing them grow and develop over the years has been just incredible, watching their curiosity and imagination thrive in a safe environment. The staff and management have also been really supportive of both the kids and us with any changes we needed to implement ♥

It’s sad to see a few negative reviews here, as I have nothing but the nicest things to say about Em and the team at Manchester early learning. I’ve always felt that my two children have been cared for by the best of the teams abilities and whenever I have raised an issue it’s been dealt with immediately. Yes the fees can be expensive but what isn’t these days and the rebate usually rises with the fee increases so you’re out of pocket very little. Yes they are under pressure but they work very well as a team and it’s nothing but smiles when you walk through the doors. Jordy, Cassie, Amrit, Natalie, Sophie and Emily amongst others are all lovely.

The new centre manager, Em, has in my eyes turned the centre around for the better!! When your child fights going to kinder daily you know something isnt working, but then along came Em!! ...I went from giving 2 wks notice, to being SO happy with the care I would recommend them every day of the week. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and my son now LOVES going 3days a week.
Thanks to Em, Rowe and the WHOLE TEAM for making daily life more manageable and for making our kids feel safe and happy.

Always blown away by the care at this place.. my son has a disability and yet the staff go out of their way to include him. They are also proactive in asking for any additional expert advice that we've attained recently (since my son has physio etc the staff want to know how best to seat him, play with him etc).. would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

When choosing a centre, Manchester Road stood out for its friendly staff, interesting learning spaces and positive feel. Now having experienced what they have to offer over the past year, I have appreciated their ongoing level of communication and organisation. Very happy to have my child here. ❤

My Son has been attending this centre for about 6 months now. At first I was a bit apprehensive of "child care" but the service and staff at Manchester Road are first class.

The Centre seems to cover all aspects of early childhood development and parents are updated daily by email and photographs. The staff are all warm and caring.

I feel Manchester Road is a great facility and well run and operated.

I can't recommend Manchester Road highly enough. I was not really very enthusiastic about daycare but ended up not having a choice, but now I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter there. The staff are all genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of the kids, the food is fresh and nutritious, and all the kids are given the space to learn and grow and to be themselves. My daughter has been going here for six months now, and I am still to meet a single staff member who doesn't really seem to love each child they work with.

I really feel like the two days per week my daughter spends at Manchester Road, as well as allowing me to work, are enriching for her, and it's been a wonderful experience.

5 star centre. Our two daughters (3 yrs old and 1 year old) have been attending this centre for almost a year. From the orientation process for both girls through to regular communication and updates and highly professional care - I can not fault the centre. Outdoor area is fabulous, staff friendly and go above and beyond to meet the children's needs, the cook does a great job preparing healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the kids and even provides freshly baked goods for the parents on drop-off!!

I would not hesitate to recommend the centre to others! The staff are kind and caring and have a great way of building a great bond with all of the children, particularly my little one who has not been the easiest baby but absolutely loves her time spent there and her carers.

The staff there clearly love what they do , and it really puts your mind at ease to know your kids are in such good hands.

My children have been attending this centre since 2014 when we first moved to the area. My daughter is now in primary school but still had wonderful connections with staff when she is there to pick up/drop off her brother. The staff genuinely care for the kids and take an interest in each and every one of them. I honestly have no idea how they remember each childs likes/dislikes, friendship groups / patterns and still have time to show genuine care for each and every child there every day. This is our last year at the centre as my littlest is off to school next year and I will miss the staff at the centre. Many of them have become friends of ours outside of the service. If you are looking for quality childcare in Mooroolbark don't look any further.

My daughter started childcare at Manchester when she was 10 months in March 2021. I was very paranoid about putting her in childcare as she was my first and I had no clue how she or I ll cope and also my mom guilt haunted me, but the teachers at Manchester pipis( room dedicated to kids below 18 to 24 months) are the best.

They have supported her transition so much that I have no words to thank them, She started for couple of hours in a day and now she can stay a whole day. She loves it there. She can't wait to be dropped off at the childcare, she happily waves bye to me every single day and that makes my heart feel good about the decision choosing Manchester Rd early learning.

Teacher put so much effort and update us of all the activities my daughter does with pictures as well and when I see that am so confident that my daughter is enjoying her time there.

I am greatful to every teacher at Pipis for doing such a wonderful job as I could see my baby is growing into a happy and well behave toddler and not least at all the Chef who cooks yummy fresh food for my daughter. 💕💕💯

I currently send my 2 children here and I cannot think of a better place to send them, they both have the most beautiful caring teachers that have their best interests at heart 🤍 and go above and beyond to give them the best care possible!

The director Hana is also very lovely and is so flexible and accommodating for our family.

We have had such a wonderful experience with the centre. The staff are so helpful, supportive and engaging! Thank you for taking such great care of all the kids!

I highly recommend this centre. This is the first child care that our daughter had been to. But we were very lucky because you have everything that I ask for.

Manchester road early learning centre in Victoria had a person centred relationship with my son. They understood his needs and worked with us to ensure he had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the centre!!

My little one is going to this child care from more than 2 years now. The most important part is she goes to child care with excitement each and every day and comes back home with a great big smile on her face,which is important to any parent. The educators are very friendly and helpful. I never had any issues and I will highly recommend this centre to anybody.

My children have attended this centre since 2013 and have been very happy. The staff are all lovely, caring, nurturing and compassionate. Having tried other daycare facilities in the same locality, this is by far my favourite.

I have been sending my son here since last 2 years and vouch for them anyday. Carers are really good in providing care and making sure kids are reaching their milestones.
I love how they over and beyond in providing service..i love the yummy freshly baked treats left for parents in the morning.

I reckon its a best one in Mooroolbark!
