Mooroolbark Superclinic

I find the doctors here to be very thorough. They've never shut me down, always ordered tests immediately. I especially feel best taking my children here when they're sick, they're always treated with the highest importance. The reception staff are lovely and very accommodating as well.

Went today to get my ingrown toenail cut by dr femi, there was another nurse not sure her name but they were both so amazing. My mum came with me and ended up fainting. They remained professional but also made us feel at ease, they were so caring.Even tho I left with a bandaged toe and my mum unexpectedly fainting we both left feeling so happy and positive due to the amazing doctors. I have seen 3 doctors in total and can’t say anything bad. Definitely recommend. Thank you guys for such good service !!

Beautiful staff who are just so kind and helpful. The reception staff and nurses are lovely and the doctor I saw today was great and has a very kind bedside manner. Thank you to all the staff at Mooroolbark super clinic for looking after me and my children.

TLDR; Dr. Rany is down to earth, genuine and will be honest without being rude - highly recommend. I've also had consistency good interactions with reception staff, despite all the chaos, change and stress they've dealt with in the last few years.

I have had to move GP after moving house, but I had Dr. Rany as my GP for many years now while I learned to navigate complex health challenges.

He's a phenomenal physician, honest, knowledgeable, not afraid to have those tough conversations with you, or to be upfront when he doesnt feel well suited to a particular health concern. I had a bit of a fear of doctors spending a good 15 years in and out of doctors offices and hospitals, especially a fear of doctors not giving me honest feedback before just prescribing more and more medications, or telling me it's just anxiety.

He is sometimes quite late, but appointments with him are always pretty speedy without ever feeling like he's rushing you. I think it's worth it.

The receptionist are all always super friendly, understanding and kind and the doctors and nurses are too thank you for your hard work and helping improving the wellbeing of the community , God bless

We have been attending mooroolbark super clinic since my wife fell pregnant with our now 5 year old daughter. In this time we have lucked in and found the most amazing doctor in Dr Rany Rizk.
Dr Rany always has the time for me, my wife, son and daughter.. no issue is to small and always has made time for us, never rushing us and always giving us excellent medical advice.
We are so thankful for Dr Rany , even moving to now Boronia we still attend this clinic to see Dr Rany.

As a walk in from another country here on holiday and a Sunday, the service was superb. Receptionist was very welcoming, and efficient, and the doctor I saw was also very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this medical practice.

Highly recommend Mooroolbark super clinic. Have been a patient there for years with all the doctors being extremely efficient. If you are after a clinic that take a depth look into any concerns this is the one for you.

I just want to commend your Practice Manager Roybn, whom I witnessed deal with an elderly patient today in your waitroom. She was attentive, caring, kind, supportive, patient and friendly. What an asset to your team! Nice work Roybn!

Absolutely the best doctors around. Dr Mala is who I see,but if she isn’t available I have seen others and would recommend all of them.The nurses are always caring and gentle, reception staff are always happy and smiling.

Went there with a knife injury from an avocado. The team were amazing. Great service, looked after me really well.

I have always felt well cared for here. I have seen multiple doctors in the clinic and have been impressed with all of them. Genuine care, personal connection and practical directions given. Easy online bookings, good availability and rarely long waits. Pathology on-site makes things easy too.

This clinic has great opening hours and amazing nurses. Dr Femy and Dr Ali are particularly great, very understanding, patient and willing to investigate further issues. The nurses are very professional doing bloods and other procedures. The reception staff are also very good despite the clinic being very busy

I’ve been going to this clinic for about six years and seen Dr Rany . I have to say he is one the most knowledgeable Dr’s I’ve ever came across yet he’s humble very personable positive . Just makes me feel safe and in good hands no matter how unwell I turn up.
