Really happy with my experience bringing my daughter here tonight. For her first cold at 4 months old, the GP was great with her and very caring, and this first time mum felt listened to and reassured. The reception staff was also lovely. Booking online was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly.

I have been attending Medi7 Mooroolbark for 20 years and have always been treated well by the staff and doctors. When it has been necessary for something urgent, I have been squeezed in. Reception staff have always been polite, rung taxis, and opened doors for me, and nurses have always been kind, and helpful.
I am very grateful for the service that I have received over all these years.

Decided to go local medical cntr for a change & glad I did. Dr Kim Le was awesome, very professional and friendly and personal approach as a doctor. I didnt feel like a number/ patient. Receptionists were also very friendly. My new medical cntr is locked in.

Visited Medi 7 for Shingles Booster. Have previously visited for Covid Vaccinations and Flu Vaccinations. Excellent service.

Friendly and helpful reception staff and we have always been very happy with Dr Samimi and followed his previously from another clinic.

Staff and Drs here are great. Accommodating to get an appointment. There are a few women drs who are easily accessible which is great when dealing with women's health issues

Attended Thursday afternoon and was administered my Covid Booster exactly on time from a very pleasant Nurse Christine.
Another visit late May where I saw Dr Lee and the nurse both before scheduled times. Reception girls run a very tight ship.

My first visit. Easy to book online. Dr Fah was lovely to deal with and solved my minor issue in a few minutes. A great clinic.

Dr Keyvan Samimi at Medi7 Mooroolbark was excellent. Attentive and responsive. Very happy with the quality of care I received.

The Doctors, practitioners and staff provide exceptional care and service. I have been seeing Dr Bee for the past 8 years and her treatment plans are considered and thorough and her approach is always through an holistic and intersectional lens. The reception staff will go above and beyond to ensure that your health and needs come first and they have created such a warm, welcoming and safe space.

Loveliest staff and so helpful! I’ve never had a better experience at a medical clinic.

Efficient, friendly, up to date with latest protocols... we have never had cause to think anything but positively about this wonderful clinic! We have been attending well over twenty years, and they always find a way to help us! Definitely recommend!

Had covid & flu vac today. Very busy but the nurses were efficient & friendly and only had to wait about 15 mins after appt time. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Extra stars for being a mask required surgery. Being immunocompromised it is greatly appreciated 👍 😷
