Great service! We are travelling and our car began to have trouble starting. We got a mechanic in Esperance to look at it and were told that it would take a week to order the part and cost $800 plus labour. We didn't want to wait a week so we called ahead to Albany, to Finn at De Jonge, who offered to call the first mechanic to get the exact details. After a few calls back and forth we finally agreed to bring the car in for him to look at personally. We brought it in the next day for a few hours and were told that the part needed was not only in town and would only cost $300-400 including labour but that they could fit us in the next day. While getting that work done they discovered something else wrong for which they also ordered the part in and repaired it in the same day. Between Brett and Finn we got everything taken care of in record time with great customer service at a good price, meaning we could get back our travels with very little inconvenience to us. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a mechanic in Albany!
