Very good experience at Retravision today. Found the product that I needed at an excellent price and Bob the salesperson asked me if I was a member of the RAC. So I received an extra 5% discount! Friendly staff and easy parking as well.

Great product knowledge and service. My washing machine broke down 5 days before 8 guests were arriving for Christmas. Amanda helped with product information and was able to arrange, delivery, installation and removal of old machine.

Sometimes, perhaps unintentionally, if an oldie is looking at computers, staff treat you like the village idiot. I had a short holiday in Albany and my laptop, which was on it's last legs, died. I decided to just have a look at a possible replacement and went to Retravision. Brad was engaging, without being over the top. I am 80 and have a passion for Irish music which I play along with. He listened and suggested one model,, but then said "This one will be better for what you do". I left, but returned soon after. Thanks Brad. It is PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS.... because you listened..... I was a Retail Manager for 27 years.
