Kids Academy Darra Station

I can't say enough positive things about Kids Academy Darra my child attends here 5 days a week. The educators have been incredibly supportive in managing my child's medical requirements when required showing compassion and support going above and beyond to ensure that my child's needs are met, and their dedication is truly commendable. I am so grateful for their help and guidance.

Not only are the educators helpful, but they also create a warm and inviting environment for all of the children. My child is always happy in their care. Drop off’s can be challenging early in the morning, but they ensure he is comforted and feels safe, secure and supported. They understand the importance of providing a nurturing and stimulating environment, and it truly shows.

The management from the very beginning of the take over from Kids Club to Kids Academy, have been incredibly supportive and responsive to our needs. They are always approachable and willing to listen to any concerns or suggestions we have. I couldn’t thank Kylie and Mel enough for always understanding and assisting my family.

I highly recommend Kids Academy Darra to any family looking for a place where their child's needs are prioritised and where they can thrive. Thank you to the amazing team for everything you do!

This centre is welcoming and supportive of special needs children, with a very kind and inclusive attitude from the staff and management. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate and understand our ASD child’s needs, accepting him immediately. This is unfortunately not the experience we had at other centres, so we are very appreciative of Darra Kids Academy.
The Facility is modern and clean and the rooms are well equipped, we can definitely recommend it.

Choosing Kids Academy- Darra for my daughter has been an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and positivity. The staff here goes above and beyond to keep parents in the loop, constantly updating us on our child's activities and milestones. Plus, receiving photos throughout the day truly makes us feel connected and involved in her daily adventures. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

My children have been attending Kids Academy Darra for a year now and it has been a great experience. The staff are always lovely and willing to help and I have total confidence leaving my children at the centre. We are very happy with our experience and the way our children are cared for. The programs and activities they have are great and the centre manager and 2IC always go above and beyond to help.

Kids Academy Darra is a wonderful centre. The staff are always friendly and professional while ensuring the childrens needs are always met. My son has attended the centre for the last 2 years and although the business is now under new ownership with a new management team, I have found the change for the better. The new director Kylie and her 2ic Mel, are extremely helpful and attentive to our families needs and requirements.
In the time we have been here there has been a few changes in educators moving closer to their homes or leaving for family commitments but extra care has been taken selecting the new educators who have joined the centre and they have made the transition a smooth and lovely one for our little man.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful experiences my family and I have had at Kids Academy since October 2022.

As both a parent and an educator within the Kids Academy community, I have had the privilege of witnessing first-hand the remarkable transformations and positive changes that have taken place since the center was acquired. From the quality care provided to my children to the nourishing meals they enjoy daily, I am continually impressed by the level of dedication and commitment demonstrated by the staff.

The updates we receive about our children's day, filled with the little moments that make childhood so special, have been a source of joy and reassurance for me as a parent. Moreover, I am truly grateful for the attention and accommodation given to my children's special requirements. It's evident that Kids Academy prioritizes the individual needs of each child, ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve.

In my role as an educator, I have felt incredibly supported by the Kids Academy team. The timely promotion and salary increment I received reflects the organization's commitment to recognising and valuing its staff. Furthermore, the opportunity to pursue a scholarship to become an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) is a testament to Kids Academy's investment in professional growth and development.

Above all, I am deeply appreciative of Kylie, our manager, whose understanding and willingness to accommodate our individual needs as both parents and educators have made our experience at Kids Academy truly exceptional.

In conclusion, I want to extend my sincere thanks to the entire Kids Academy team for their unwavering dedication and commitment to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for children and staff alike. It is truly a privilege to be a part of such a caring and supportive community.

As a mother of 4 kids I wanted some place where I feel my kids are safe. I originally had my 3 year old in a different daycare for 2 days from her first birthday. I got a job near this daycare and thought it wouldn't hurt to see how it goes here. I put my 1 year old in here for 5 days and my 3 year old in for the rest of the week she wasn't at her other daycare because she had a connection with her other educators and didn't want to take her away from that. But my family member left the other daycare and I decided to put her in for 5 days aswel. The staff have been really awesome with helping her transition from 3 day to 5 days with no problem. The staff are lovely and I now consider them my second family with how they look after my 2 youngest kids. They have help with my 3 year old's speech, toilet training and her separation. If I have any concerns or worries I know I can talk to them especially the manager to help me and my kids needs to make them happy and keep them safe. The manager is always there to answer any questions or concerns I have and always answers the phone when I call to see how they are. My kids are fuzzy eaters at home and say they don't like things but have gotten pictures sent to me from the manager saying that they are eating everything they are given so I don't need to worry. They always update the app on everything my kids have done throughout the day (daughters old daycare didnt). I would recommend this place

My children have been attending Kids Academy Darra for a few years. Helpful and friendly educator’s all willing to assist with my children’s development and education. Great centre with great playground facilities, highly recommended.

My daughter (almost) 2 years old has been going to here since she was 8 months old. The teachers and staff are always amazing, so approachable and professional. They’ve been incredible in my daughter’s growth and development. I can tell my daughter’s teachers Miss Chantel and Miss Maddy truly adore her and take great care of her. Miss Alicia and Miss Mel is also another huge favourite of my daughters. I know because each morning she puts her arms out for the teacher. You can even login on their parents portal and check on your lil ones. I think that speaks volumes of the care provided.

My son has been attending Kids Club for over a year now and I always feel so comfortable leaving him with educators who really care and take the time to get to know each child and make them feel safe!

This is a fantastic centre. Our daughter started here last year when she was just 9month old. She absolutely loves it here! We never have tears in the morning as she is so excited to see her educators and friends. Sometimes on the weekend she will grab her day care bag in hope that she can go!
The educators are amazing! Such kind and caring people. They all make sure that we as a family feel welcome. The communication is great-we always have pictures posted in the app of her day and if there has been an incident, they have always let us know.
So happy that we chose Kids Club Darra!

My child has attended kids club for almost 1 year now. He has been attending the kindergarten room and absolutely loves it! The team go above and beyond for the children in their care. The programs that are run are educational but also very engaging and hold the child’s interest. The centre is clean and always tidy and all of the staff are always friendly and attentive. My child has flourished both in confidence and academically since his time at kids club. Thank you team for all of your hard work!

My daughter was both excited and really nervous about starting at a new daycare. She was really struggling with separation anxiety and would cry when I would try to leave at drop off time. The staff at Kids Club went above and beyond to help make her comfortable and settle in to her new centre and over the weeks she has been there she has been less and less sad at drop off and always is smiling and happy when I pick her up. I am really grateful to the staff for supporting her emotional needs and helping her settle in. My youngest starts there in a couple of weeks and I know they are going to look after her just as well!

I have my 2 kids under 4 in kids club since last year and I am so happy to see their progress. My son was having a problem with toilet training and my daughter used to cry all the time at last day care. But now everytime I dropped them , they give me a kiss and cuddle and say bye . Loved to see their smiley faces everyday makes my day beautiful. Educators are so friendly and professional and center is really neat and clean. I am really happy to put my children in this center and close to home.

Kids Club Child Care is amazing! My son just started going and is getting more and more eager to go as he gets used to it more. I'm sure this has to do with the great experience he is getting from attending. The day care is also very clean and has an amazing team. They are very caring, considerate, patient and helpful!

Me and my husband are so happy to find this place and close to home. My tow kids one in kindy and another one in prekindy are so lucky to get great education and loving ans caring environment from the educators. Miss Anila in the kindergarten room and my son's improvement is amazing. She has worked hard with son as he was struggling with emotional skills and toilet training skills. After few months of work , he is happy to go to daycare everyday and now he is such a happy,sweet little boy with great skills.
Also Miss Daljit helped with my Daughter and son with their emotional skills. My daughter used to cry everytime when I dropped her off but now she has found few educators including Miss Daljit whom she can trust and feel safe. All of the educators are so helpful, professional ans gives great advice . Best and an amazing day care

We got the chance to go to Kids Club Darra Station today for their new Mother's Group.
It is a great initiative and a gives us a great insight into the time and care that the staff put into the children. The centre is brand new, clean and has every type of activity that the kids will ever need, to get them learning. And the staff are so polite and focused on giving the children every opportunity they need. Thanks crew..!!!

This day care is amazing place!very clean, with great staff and very welcoming. It's wonderful seeing my daughter here! and i couldn't ask for a better day care. The management is really committed to providing a safe ,fun and loving environment and we're very thankful to the whole team at the kids club child care Darra station.
