David was fabulous to deal with and made the process of finding and securing our new home simple and stress free. His communication skills are excellent and he kept us updated through every step of our application which really put our minds at ease. I met David at the fence of my just vacated property on an overcast day in June. The man was professional, an expert in his craft, and above all: kind.

We walked through my property to discuss what can be done to make a new tenant feel at home, and David's experience as a property manager and fellow investor did not disappoint. He can step into the shoes of the tenant to see their needs for a good home, and also put himself in the eyes of an investor to ensure that every dollar being fed in are achieving the most amount of return.

We left the property that day with a game plan, and after two months the investment is renting at 25% more than it was previously and the capital gains were phenomenal. If it wasn't for David's keen eye for detail, wealth of experience and open heart, I doubt the property would still be in my name.

I cannot recommend David enough.
