Bees Nees have provided my property management for eight years. All of the services they have provided from sales, property management and insurance claims have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner and have produced excellent results. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

At all times BeeNees property managers have been professional, responsive and positive. Mark Brittain took over my rental listing from another agent who could not even get one inspection. With a slowing down of executive rental market, but mark’s persistence and hard work achieved a great result! He was a great communicator through out the whole process.

I was most fortunate to be a recent tenant under their management and it was hands down the best experience I have ever had in the Brisbane rental market. I make this statement on experience with at least 5 other Agencies of whom I would not rate above 2 stars.

The property management team were phenomenal when dealing with my queries (whether menial or major) and were open, fair and candid with their assistance. They responded to emails on the same day, every time without fail. They are the diamonds in the rough of the rental market and were only ever helpful, impartial and friendly at every step of the way. This is stark comparison to the mediocre performance of any competition.
I particularly want to acknowledge Michelle Otter as an absolute star and a model agent to the industry.

For both tenants and landlords, Bees Nees is the agency for you as, unlike countless others, they actually care and will work tirelessly to make the daunting property experience a pleasure.

We purchased our property through Bees Nees, Rebecca was amazing and has done so much even a year after settlement, we therefore decided to stay with Bees Nees for the rental management of the unit. Megan has been just as good with the tenancy management of the property. I have personally worked with several agencies on a number of properties and this has been the best experience I have had, nothing is too much trouble and we had complex plumbing leaks to furniture purchases and inspections for new tenancies. I had nothing but bad things to say about Bees Nees during our one year rent period with them. We were in the middle of struggling through the exit report and bond refund with one realtor when my portfolio was handed to their new senior property manager Siobhan River, who has made the end of lease process incredibly easy. I give her, and only her to be honest, a five star review. It is so refreshing to feel like a real estate agent is on the same side as you. Especially after dealing with multiple Bees Nees realtors who were difficult and argumentative.
