Love this store! Has a big range of the best incense & my go-to for high-quality oil paints + art supplies. By far the lowest prices you'll find in the valley! 🌟 Always lovely to see the lady behind the counter too, absolute gem!

Kind woman at the store helped me to find multiple halloween costume items and opened one of the items (orange socks) to see if I could use them in the way I wanted! She was very helpful and the pricing of all the products were very cheap! Thank you for a great experience.

Heaps of excellent bargains in Dollars & Sense inside the MacWhirters shopping centre! For all those little knick knacks you need! Affordable cards & wrapping paper! Costumes & craft supplies! Stationary & stickers! Wheelchair access is available! Friendly efficient service provided by the staff! Cash & eftpos is available! I asked the sales assistant if they sold usb charging connections for a Samsung! She went right to them! It was only $11.95. Connected to my portable charger my phone started charging straight away! I was so relieved! She was very friendly & efficient! I only spent $23.00 on a hot glue gun $9.95 plus extra glue sticks for $2.00 & Studio canvases for $6.95 for an 11.8" x15.8" & 4.95 9.8"x 11.8". I always ask the assistant if they stock what I am looking for & so far they have in every occasion & they take me straight to the items I was enquiring about! Excellent service! Acrylic paints for $2.00!

Favourite dollar store in Brisbane! Such a great collection of art and craft supplies, including paints, collaging tools and canvases. Was tempted to have a go at gold leaf, but will leave that for my next visit! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Dollars and Sense for the past couple of years to get all sorts of arts and crafts and I have always walked away feeling like I got myself many a bargain! The lady who runs the shop is very sweet and she is always so helpful, coming up to me with a basket when I have an armful of items! They have a really great range of arts and crafts among so many nick nacks, hardwares, pet items, gifts and too many things to name. They sell imitation gold, silver and rose gold leaf foil, paints, brushes, sketching pads, painting mediums and so many other products that will keep any crafty hobbyist busy! They close a little early some days (3-4pm) so give them a call first to make sure they will be open if coming in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Love the store and what it offers in leafy Fairfield area. Please note, the store in Valley is not the same and they told me the valley store is a stand alone store and does not belong to the Original chain. The fairfield store has Great prices for home ware and cleaning goods. Kids love the party section, Well done
