To start with, Emilie Lin is fantastic. I have known her over 2 years now. A very nice and pleasant lady, who is patient and friendly, you will enjoy dealing with her to start with.
She wasted no time, and together with her colleague Bailey, they listed our property timely, so the listing reached out to as many potential tenants and viewers timely.
Following which is keeping close touch with us and updates from them after the listing.
Carlo, the nice friendly gentlemen, thereafter takes care of the showing and opening of the house to enquirers. what was pleasing is that they found and approved the tenants within a reasonably short period of time.

Next to be praised is Winnie Thant, our property manager from here onward. She is friendly and she attends to various tasks promptly, and update to us with details like entry condition report, and lease agreement.

I would highly recommend the team to future landlords.

Our property is managed by Anni from Harcouts. we have had a very good rental experience with her. She was very proactive on listing and tenant selecting process, explaining the current rental market and eventually found us a great tenant. She send us regular updates on the property and if there is any maintenance and repair requests, she always quickly send us three quotes with a fair price. Im sure she was highly regarded from tenant side. Overall great agency service and highly recommended from LL side.

Currently renting a property through Local Property Sales & Management and we are having a couple of issues with our neighbours, with some outlandish and absurd allegations being made against us purely because we hold a different hour to them, as a result there have been multiple remedy to breach notices issued. This has obviously put the real estate and the owner in a tough position and after meeting with the real estate I found Lachlan and his team to be very professional and are making a tough situation a lot more smoother than it should be for all parties involved. I really do recommend Local Property Sales and Management as I believe they work with the best interest of their clients at heart, have integrity and genuinely do care about the work they do. The matter at hand is by no means resolved but the professional manner in which the real estate operate and the way they are dealing with the matter gives my family and I some comfort that they will act with the best interests of all parties involved.

I do apologise to our neighbours but if they would like to see “what sort of people” we really are, they know the days and times of when we have dinner parties and socialise with our very respectful friends so they are more than welcome to join us for an evening and see how we hold ourselves. You will then see that we have never had issues with “anti social behavior” and as an added bonus, I may even be able to help you with your own attitude and mindset as it something I help people with in my current profession.
