Josh did our standard maintenance plus addressed our funnel ant and wasp issue outside. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient whilst doing a very thorough job. He was also just a really lovely guy. Have had the same pest people for 10 years until we used these guys, should’ve switched sooner!

It’s always a good start to determine if a company has integrity when they text and call to let you know they are running a little late. Josh, our Slug A Bug member, was polite and knowledgeable about his craft. He took time to provide advice and was thorough with the termite inspection and pest treatment. Joshua is a technician with customer-centred care in mind – he inspected my property, told me what my pest problems were and offered pest control options accordingly. Really appreciate his honesty as for pest dummies like myself he could have easily treated it for a pest I didn’t have. He was very thorough and informative, giving me tips on creating a pest-free home around the house. Slug A Bug is also one of the few companies that would remove dead rodents for customers post treatment – very handy for those who don’t want to deal with the icks!

As a newbie in Australia, adjusting to all the wildlife has been interesting. So when my car had a nest of ants suddenly living in it, I contacted slug a bug who sorted me out the same day (really amazing) Josh came through and helped me out efficiently, explaining various things as he went. Josh is an absolute angel on Earth. Super informative too. We've had issues at home with bugs so we bought a cat because we were told maybe that might help. I watched her chase a cockroach for fun. So no she didn't help at all. Josh sprayed inside our massive home and outside. So diligent. I don't think I've ever trusted a pest control company ever before as much as I do now.
