My wife and I had the two course meal, I has the scallops which were excellent, and we both really enjoyed the rump steak (cooked just to our preference) and my wife had the cheese plate to finish, along with Irish Red beer and Applethorpe cider. The service was excellent and we had a great time.

Hi, everything was fantastic, and the food was amazing. We had the 3-course dinner on Saturday night and we all thought it was top class. My wife and I are vegetarian and I am GF and we were still able to have amazing options, and my friends were blown away.
The staff and service were also top class.

Attended a wedding reception at the Granite Belt Brewery. Also had dinner there the night before and breakfast the morning after. Could not fault any of the meals. We had a coeliac, a vegetarian and others with specific allergies. All were catered for and everyone’s meal looked and tasted great. There was not one thing our party didn’t enjoy. Staff were extremely helpful. I would not hesitate in going there again, in fact I look forward to it when I get to Stanthorpe again.

Granite Belt Brewery is a gem for craft beer enthusiasts. The rustic ambiance, nestled in the scenic Granite Belt region, creates a charming atmosphere. The diverse selection of handcrafted beers caters to various palates, accompanied by a menu that complements the brews perfectly. Overall, it's a must-visit destination for those seeking a delightful blend of unique brews and picturesque surroundings.

My partner and I ate at the restaurant/bar last night. The staff were so lovely. We didn’t have a booking for dinner, but they were trying to see if they could squeeze us in, and they happened to have a cancellation which was lucky for us. The food was amazing, beautiful venue, but the staff were wonderful and so accommodating, thank you so much guys! We loved it, and highly recommend the restaurant for the amazing food, and also make sure to book in advance! 😉

This place is fantastic. We're planning on another visit, we stayed in a cabin for a couple of days as a mountain bike getaway, the freezing cold, blustery morning on one day could dampen nothing. Everyone was lovely, the food was great, drinks after a long day on the bike were great. Was a really great couple of days away for my wife and I. ❤

Little off the usual path but worth the detour. Tried the tasting paddle of four plus and extra Chilli Lime which unfortunately is a limited edition as was surprisingly good combination of beer with a little chilli hanging on the pallet.
We just stopped in did not stay but the cabins look like a great set up , also did not eat but the menu look good casual food to have with a cold beer. No

My husband and I got married here in last month (February 2023) and we had the best time!
This was the second time we had stayed in the cabins and although you could argue they are a tad dated, their style fits in beautifully with the countryside/ rustic surroundings. The rooms are otherwise clean, comfortable, private and you're provided with a lovely breakfast hamper to start your day.
Dee and the team were very helpful and accommodating in the lead up to and on our big day.
The food is outstanding! We had numerous guests comment on the size and quality of the meals. We enjoyed canapes, entrees and mains as we supplied our own dessert (wedding cake) but can testify to the delicious homemade desserts on offer as we have enjoyed these previously. Their brewery was popular and they have something for everyone - ales, lagers and ciders etc.
Pet-friendly too!! With a few cabins available and a deck off the back of the restaurant, we were able to have our furbaby with us for our wedding.
Overall, we found this venue to be great value for money.
We'll be back to stay and enjoy a delicious meal and cider :p
Thanks again Dee and GBB!

We had dinner at the Brewery last night and wasn’t expect much. We were amazed! The food was incredible. Absolutely delicious and presented so beautifully. The girls serving were run off their feet but were so helpful and lovely. We would definitely go back.

We attended the New Years Eve event with friends who live in the area. There was a set menu but my husband and I have dietary requirements and these guys went out of their way to accommodate ( vegetarian and gluten free). We were surprised by cute little gluten free buns and a special main. Thanks so much team...it was really appreciated!!
The brewery is large with plenty of seating inside and out on the deck. There is also a large grass area you could sit on.

We have just completed a 2 night stay. We bought the package deal. Excellent choice. First night we dined in reasturant and enjoyed the 3 course menu. All 3 courses were excellent. The entire experience was good from the moment we checked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a breakfast box for our 2 night stay. The bread , baked on site was still in oven, so we picked it up later. All ingredients were good. The cabin was also good with a fireplace in the corner.

The cabin was very spacious (1), clean, comfortable and well set out. We spent the Sunday afternoon on the back deck listening to the live band at the brewery.
The staff could not be more friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast on Sundays is a hot and cold buffet and they provide you with a box of supplies for the other days of the week. This includes local apple juice, fresh milk, freshly baked bread, homemade muesli and lots of other stuff.
We ate dinner in the brewery restaurant and were extremely happy with our meals.
The location is secluded but not far out of town and near many good wineries and attractions.

What a great place to stay! It was a perfect little getaway. Cabins nicely spaced, comfortable and the restaurant a nice walk away for dinner and a drink. So handy! We'll be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Granite Belt Retreat. We had in tow with us our 15 year old Staffy (Amity) who was made to feel just as welcome as us :) We were able to sit out the back with her enjoying our afternoon drinks.

The food was absolutely beautiful, so many flavours, thank you to the chefs and the waitstaff behind the scenes who made our taste buds dance and for their efficiency in how quickly the meals arrived and how helpful and welcoming you all were (the stuff eggplant was my favourite)!!

We enjoyed the tasting beer pallet, one with seemingly interesting flavours turned out to be one of our favourites!

The cabins were perfect, the entire stay was memorable and we'll be booking our next stay in the dead of Winter to experience the crisp and enjoy a bottle of red by the fire.

Thank you so much for having us.

The couple with their old old little mutt Amity :")

Great little brewery making some great beers.
The food & service in the restaurant is amazing.
We stayed in one of the cabins for 3 nights & loved it. Very comfortable & cosy.
Not far out of town but far enough to be away from the lights & noise.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Very relaxing and peaceful spot. We recently stayed in a family cabin which was rustic and nothing too fancy, but spacious with excellent facilities for the price. Lovely fireplace and nice breakfast hamper to start the day. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed sitting on the large deck watching ducks and kookaburras with our son while enjoying a drink. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Fantastic place to come for lunch. Service and staff were great. The venue is nice. Food was enjoyable and most importantly their beers were quality. I recommend a tasting paddle first up to decide which beer is your favourite

Went there today for a tasting board and had pizza from the simple but lovely menu
Beers were great, pizza was delicious. My wife had the burger and said that the meat patty was the best she’d ever had
Will be a return visitor
Grounds are lovely and there is a distinct alpine feel to the place.
