Kiki

Kiki was a fun little stop in between some restaurant hopping on Saturday Night - The atmosphere and vibes were great. Outdoors with a sophisticated jungle feel to it. The Pandan cocktail was mind-blowing. I cannot recommend it enough, it was so delicious.

We didn't get any of the usual snacks but opted to the Chicken & Shiitake Siu Mai from the stall of their sister joint, Southside during the BrisAsia Fish Lane Festival.

Super cool and definitely come back!

Such an amazing place to have drink. It is a bit hidden. The staff is really nice and the ambiance is spectacular. Love the plants as well as the furniture.

Nestled between the train lines at South Brisbane in the new Fish Lane precinct is the wonderful Kiki. The atmosphere is simply magical with breathtaking greenery transporting you to tropical paradise. This is coupled with earthy tones from the brickwork and beautifully warm timber seats. The house coffee is Bellisimo Dark Italian a personal favourite of mine and multi award winner. Food is provided from Southside next door and is some of the best Vietnamese you will find anywhere. Definitely worth a visit.

I ordered a Bahn mi, coffee & a friend ordered juice & rice paper rolls which we shared between us.

The space:
The venue is beautiful and the atmosphere is very cosy and charming, a great spot for a quick snack and I'll definitely be back for an after work hours visit.

The food:
The menu was quite limited as they're more of a bar but I hope they add more items in the future.
Bahn mi: I'm not much of a Bahn mi person but this one was delicious! Soft bread and juicy fillings 5/5
Coffee: pretty average coffee 3/5
Rice paper rolls: 4/5

The service:
I didn't interact much with the staff but they seemed friendly.

Overall: it's quite pricey but the setting is lovely, and I'm eager to try the drinks next time!

I have been to both Southside Restaurant and Kiki on multiple occasions with a few of my girlfriends... without fail every single time i have the time of my life eating and drinking some of the best food ive had in Brisbane.

The service is incredible, the staff are super attentive and friendly and more than happy to answer any of your questions! Food is spectacular and i would go back any day of the week!!

Cool little causal spot surrounded with plants and mood lighting. Great place for mid week catch up drinks and chilled music. Ideal first time date venue as Southside restaurant is directly next door.

Firstly I want to say what a beautiful unique design this area is.
It's tucked away under a bridge in a little alleyway. Surrounded by green and concrete. It was a pleasure just to sit in this little hidden oasis amongst a busy metropolitan.
My friends, partner and I were greeted by two wonderful young ladies working the front counter and coffee machine. The freshly made donuts and coffee were to die for. They were on point with the coffee, the glassware was beautiful and the service even more so.
We were all taken aback by how genuine and sweet these girls were. This kind of service is so hard to find. We were in no rush to be anywhere but the girls felt bad they had forgotten a juice we'd ordered so they made us all one to make up for it.
Nothing was too hard for Chelsea and Elle to make sure our experience was one to remember.

One of the best places to stop by in Brisbane. Beautifully designed cafe under a bridge which used to be waste carpark space. Red terracotta and Green Plants has soften the cold concrete structural of the bridge and it crafted this soothing and inviting place.

We really need more places like this within our cities and it’s a great inspiration for our urban designers and Architects.

Last but not least, their coffee is amazing and the staff are really friendly. However, If you are a food iger is not the best place for you as there are not many options to choose from but prefect place for small bite and drink 🍹 🍷🍺🥃☕

This gorgeous place is now our Regular. Shady, restful, quiet. The staff make our old-fashioned cappuccinos perfectly, are friendly and easy-going. We're spoilt for choices of cafes in South Brisbane, but happy to recommend Kiki's as a top pick.

Went there for some drinks after lunch. Nice hidden spot under the railway bridges over the river. Very open air. Plenty of seats and greenery. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Quick service using the on table QR codes to order.

This would have to be one of the best Chinese Restaurants I have ever had the privilege to dine at. The food is superb and so fresh, service A1 and the decor just delightful. You will not be disappointed plus the pricing is very reasonable, I would not hesitate in recommending this Restaurant.

Highly recommended, social drink, catch up, light lunch or immersive dinner.

Great bar for a relaxed drink or two.
Friendly staff. The only problem is when the busker plays on in the area next door makes for a uncomfortable wall of noise competing with the bar's music. Maybe the bar could turn off their music when the busker plays. That may make it interesting add to music scene of Brisbane.

On a balmy night, where the air is still, I find myself amongst the palm fronds at Kiki, drinking a refreshing, tantalising cocktail.
The atmosphere is tranquil amongst the rainforest, yet abuzz with the city blended into the background.
The Cocktail names, and the list of ingredients, leave you wanting to taste them all.
If service is something you recognise, this open air bar/ restaurant won't disappoint.
The waitstaff are attentive and well versed on anything you may need to ask about from their menu.
If you feel like sitting in a rainforest with the whisper of the city to ignite your senses, this is worthy of a visit.

Great little Cafe in the Fish Lane area. Friendly staff who make a great cup of magic 😉. Banh mi rolls are also very nice. Highly recommended
