If a higher rating was available I would give it, Beatriz and the team are amazing. Not that it should matter but exceeds what Ive experienced at other paid providers.

The staff here do an amazing job delivering the NDIS with the resources they have available.

Great little place I stop at and have coffee while the Director is having meetings in the area.

Always genuine and friendly, caring staff

The little I've had to do with "these people", they seemed pretty...detached.
I think "the one guy" I spoke to was trying to be helpful but, I was only speaking to them due to other services being absolutely terrible.
So this rating could be more about that, but still.

Dont belive all that is said,
make sure you read every detail as this is you declairing every word is correct and it will be so much harder to change anything after 3 months

Absolutely useless. Don't bother with this organization. They did not follow up with clients, they are unsupportive, they do no communicate with clients, they say they will follow-up but do not even give a courtesy call. Don't waste your time or energy with this lot.
