I'm absolutely delighted with Angie's fantastic support in preparing and leasing my property in just a matter of weeks! I have two investment properties that had been managed by another agency for a number of years. Things started going wrong with the other agency, so I started to look around for a new one. From my initial contact with Barbara, I knew I had contacted the right place. The other agency made it really difficult to finish things up with them, so Barbara took over and helped me get it all sorted. She has extensive knowledge in the industry, is very friendly and always available on phone/email. Barbara introduced me to our new property manager, Emily who has been fantastic. Moving agencies to Position One Property has been the best decision and I would highly recommend them.

Kate Ray manages two of our investment properties and we could not be happier. She is responsive, practical and has a great database of trades that keep our houses maintained at a reasonable price. We could not be happier with her service or that of Position One as a whole.

I've been using Position one for over ten years and can't fault them. Their research into market rents is always spot on, their communication and inspection reporting both A+, and one aspect I love that sets themselves apart from a lot of other companies is they have very low staff/manager turnover rates. It means they get to know you, your tenants and properties very well and have a very professional and mature approach to how they manage your property.

Angie from Position One was absolutely amazing! It was my first time renting out my property and she held my hand through every steps, I felt so acknowledged and heard throughout the stages and she really guided me through how to have my house prepared for tenants. She truly goes above and beyond when working with clients and no question or request was too hard! She worked around the clock and always had my best interest at here! She organised viewings so quickly, that we were never without a tenant. Very quick when any issues arose for our tenants. She was the best! Genuine, honest and communicative . A more genuine real estate agent you will not find. Eden is fantastic to deal with. He organised everything that was required for selling our house and he made sure he kept us informed constantly. Eden gave me updates before and after every open house as well as discussed each offer in fine detail.
From a sellers point of view, he truly did work for us. Eden is definitively the exception as a Real Estate Agent. I have already recommended him to a number of my friends of which one has since sold their house using Eden’s services. Absolutely five gold star service.
