Q1 Dental Care

Very professionally undertook a pretty niche procedure for my condition. This was even after I had to push the appointment a day further on short notice with a phone call to a very patient receptionist. You can tell this woman cares a lot about her work.

I visited Susan at Q1 Dental yesterday and was extremely pleased with the care I received. Alex's warm welcome at reception set me up for a comfortable experience in the exam room. As Susan and Maha did their work I really appreciated the commentary, "Pressing your tongue now. Going close to the gum. Removing staining. This might feel sensitive. Hang on for 2 more seconds." And regular small breaks even though I hadn't asked for them. It was obvious that the comfort of their patients was built in to their practices.

I can't recommend Susan highly enough. I have been 3 times and each time has been stress free and pain free. She is very gentle and ensures that your experience is comfortable.
Even my 9 year old son who had an extreme dental phobia saw Susan recently and had to have 2 teeth removed- he walked out and was in shock that it was so easy. I think it's safe to say he is no longer so scared.
All of the staff there are really nice and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Susan is a wonderful family dentist. Very caring, gentle, friendly and reassuring. She is also very professional and great with my kids. Highly recommended.

Excellent service by Dr. Anna, my first time visiting a dentist, went in for a calculus removal. She was very friendly and checking up on me through the whole process.

Very friendly and great dental work.

Very disappointed, I went in knowing I had to get a filling in one of my back teeth, the dentist said I had another decay in another tooth right beside the one I knew needed a filling, the dentist told me to come back to get the other decay filled in, I went to another dentist later that week as I couldn't get an appointment in and I wanted to get the filling before the pain got worse, this different dentist had taken an X-ray and showed me I did not have another decay, the dentist at Q1 had filled in the only decay I had though had left a small amount of decay underneath the filling so I had to come back.
