This coffee shop is nearby my resident, I usually come here. Their baristas are very friendly. Shop’s atmosphere is comfortable and relax. I recommended “Iced Vietnamese Brown (with condensed milk) is the best in coffee menu also “Milo Frappe” is the best non-coffee menu. May the caffeien be with you all!

Vietnamese coffee tasted very close to Saigon (HCM city). The ratio of coffee, mjlk and condensed milk is perfect. Not too sweet or milky. Nice coffee

Jazz music, high tier coffee, strong Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk? What more can one ask for? The baristas behind the counter are insanely nice and are open to making any sugar or ice adjustments as needed. Truly a wonderful little spot! I would rate more stars if I could.

Me and my partners go to stop for a sweet treat. The owner and staff are lovely and couldn’t be more accommodating. Not to mention everything on the menu is delicious and can taste it’s made with love. Honestly the best viet coffee I’ve ever had in my short life. I had the Brown iced Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk. Also the worker was rlly friendly and explained all the types of viet coffee they offered to me!!

It was so good i made my entire family taste it and they said it was good too pls never close this shop I’m gonna start coming here every single day😻😻

I go to Sips every morning with my colleagues for our daily coffee hit. It is always such a pleasure to see Tae and the Sips team! They are so welcoming, and the coffee is so so great. I'd recommend the coconut iced coffee drink, or even just their hot or iced long black, those are my favourite. They do a nice simple avo toast too. After renovating the cafe looks super stylish and awesome for photos. 100% would recommend.

They can't do anything wrong. I'm lucky I live so close but to be honest, distance wouldn't stop me returning here more than I should. My go to is the coconut matcha iced latte but pick any drink and you won't be disappointed

Tae and Annie at Sips are the best! They are friendly, professional and give such great 'super fast' service always with a smile! Their cold drinks, especially their Coconut Coffee Frappe and Cookies and Cream/Oreo frappe leave Starbucks for DEAD! Looking for a dairy alternative then the Coconut Coffee Frappe is made with coconut milk (or whatever milk you like) with creamy (dairy free) coconut ice cream! So good!! And don't forget to check out their $5 Brownie Cup (pic attached). They have a very competitive priced drinks menu including some traditional Vietnamese coffee/tea options which are so delicious! Lovely little joint. Came in on the off chance because we got to our event too early. The coffee was delicious and the frappe I had was incredible. The man who served us was so friendly and lovely. If I’m in the city again will definitely stop in for another drink.

Amazing coffee, and the owner is so welcoming, funny and happy, that it will be hard not to have a great experience here. Only popped in 5 min for a take away coffee and made my morning, keep the great work up!

I have been coming here everyday since I started my new job 2 weeks ago. All the staff are always so happy, welcoming and kind. The rice paper rolls are my favourite!!!! The drinks are delicious from the ice tea, macha to the coffees and frappes.
This place is definitely a must try!

Quick and easy lunch option for anyone working nearby. Great Banh Mi and rice paper rolls. Butter scotch muffin is heavenly. Recently made a suggestion to the boss man to expand their food menu and he delivered! Prices are good and services always friendly. cảm ơn!

Tae, Annie, and their wonderful team have created one of my favourite places in Brisbane. Though the coffee and every other drink are incredible (I’d recommend the Strawberry White Chocolate Frappe), it’s the customer service that is completely unmatched anywhere I’ve ever been. If you go regularly, they WILL learn your name and they will learn EXACTLY how you like your coffee. Do yourself a favour and go see them ASAP
