Sizzling Braised Pot

One of best (underrated) Asian restaurants in Brisbane in terms food quality, coziness and hospitality. I tried their Braised Beef Dish last year and since then I am a big fan of their food. Brought several friends over time to try it and all of them felt the same.

Greatly recommend the Braised Beef dish to anyone willing to try Asian food without any disappointment. A friend of mine goes crazy each time I talk about the beef dish due its unforgettable taste.

Clean premise and no frill service 👌 Ordered Yunnan cold noodle (not icy, maybe about 25°C) and slow braised beef. Both are nice. Yunnan cold noodle has garlic in the topping sauce, braised beef has Sichuan pepper. These 2 dishes may be requested to be made non spicy (without chilli, but the Sichuan pepper in the braised beef might not be omitted. We did not ask about it). 2 dishes would be enough for 3 pple to share. Pricing is pocket friendly too. Accept both card n cash payments.

I ordered the signature noodle soup, and the broth was surprisingly good. Good value as well. I also feel the 2.8/5 rating is quit unfair.

We saw the Monday special $9.9 sizzling chicken pot (in cash) and decided to try! We also ordered a sichuan beef spicy rice noodle soup. I really like them!

Stumbled on this place and had a delicious noodle soup. Probably one of the best I've had in Brisbane CBD. $13 was cheap and the flavour was great. Just googled as a mate asked me where I went and I think the low star reviews are crazy low. People are complaining about the service but I came for the soup and didn't witness anything rude or bad. Worth a go if you're nearby.

A very good dish, an underrated restaurant. Highly recommend the braised beef.

Me and my wife have been here dozens of times no matter take away or eat in I’ve never had a bad meal they are always polite and are open late I’ll definitely be back again

I normally eat Monday discount $9.9 braised chicken. Tasty and enough for two peoples’ dinner.
