The lady did a lovely job. I wish I knew her name to say so. It was very clean, organised and quiet with a beautiful green outlook. I have never been to a nail salon before so wasn't sure what to do, but it was lovely. I'd happily come back. It seemed like a good price too. Thank you

I am always very happy with the service and quality of nails from La Diva, I have both acrylics and pedicures and always impressed with how well they last and the professionalism shown by staff.
As a happy return customer I felt compelled to write this review as I am fully aware (being in customer service myself) that happy clients usually don't take the time to give feedback and unfortunately the unhappy (and usually very unfair and unreasonable) are always the loudest! A little reminder to keep this in mind when reading these reviews and also maybe a dual reminder to be KIND :)

I went to the West End location. If I was able to I would be a regular client. Cannot fault the lovely staff. A lady and a young gentleman. The guy that did my nails was so lovely, very fussy, taking the time to go over each nail making sure the application was perfect, constantly asking me if I was happy. Helped me choose a lovely colour, gave me water and held the chair as I sat so it would not roll away. Minimal chats, just lovely. The lady he was with made the booking also very nice. Beautiful salon, hidden away from the busyness of the village. Thank you both so much 😊

I went for a pedicure and the service was great. $35 is a good price for a pedi with no polish. In addition they gave me a Xmas gift. Thank you! I’m definitely coming back :)

The lady who served me was so meticulous and she did my nails perfectly. I love the service too. Clean modern salon in a nice commercial area. The price is reasonably priced too. Will be coming back here from now on.

Got chrome nail polish and not only was the polish perfectly done………..I went home and accidentally ruined a finger chopping vegetables! Raced back to the shop and the staff were so kind to re-do the nail without charge! Such wonderful and kind service especially when it was my fault!

The manicure was fast and decent, the shellac was neatly applied, environment and location are nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

There is a consistent, highly professional team that works there and give good advice if requested. The best lasting nail polish I’ve ever had. The autoclave is visible and hygiene is clearly taken very seriously. I have thin nails that easily rip. With their help I’ve managed to have consistently pretty, presentable hands and feet. I would not go anywhere else.

I love my nail technician Cindy. She has a great eye for detail and is very talented ( can even do gorgeous designs.) I get acrylic nails and even with my hands on job and I’m always impressed how durable and strong they are. The salon is always very clean and relaxing.

Go here and ask for Andy, he does a lovely job and has great attention to detail. The salon is clean with comfy massage chairs too

kind, friendly staff. my nail lady often asked how i was to make sure wasn’t hurting, which i appreciated very much. price is high but is balanced out as quality of nails are very clean and professional. will definitely be going back

The ladies who I saw today were so lovely. I was quite embarrassed by the state of my toes and they did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way. My nail technician spent quality time making my feet look beautiful again . Thank you

I was very happy with the service and the quality of the gel nails which I had done at La Diva today. Mary was very professional and friendly and I really enjoyed my visit. I will be back.

the girls are lovely, fast and do an excellent job. Never had 1 complaint about this salon.

Perfect spot for an express gel nail removal and reapplication. Went on my lunch break and it took no longer than 20 minutes which I loved. The staff were super friendly and skilled. X
