endota spa Cleveland (formally Harbour Day Spa)

Had a wonderful experience today at Endota Cleveland. The custom massage was absolute bliss followed by a wash + blow dry by Tash which left my feeling amazing. The hydra facial left my skin feeling plump & glowy. I already can’t wait to go back & have some much needed self care time. The ladies were also so friendly & accomodating. Highly recommend.

I was gifted a “Luxurious Christmas Facial” for Christmas and was able to redeem it today. What a great experience, all staff were so lovely and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was looked after by Ella for majority of my treatment and she was exceptional. She explained everything included in the treatment, was professional and kind. I was then looked after by another lady for my blow dry and she was just as great and lovely. Thankyou I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for just on a year now, I see Deanna fortnightly, for my facials, she has worked magic to rejuvenate my skin from what it was to what it is now. I also get a wash And blow dry from the amazing Sean, he is fantastic, funny, caring and just an over all great human.

Everyone at Harbour Day spa are just fantastic.

I had my first Mom to be full body massage today and it was incredible. I had Sally and she was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable and is wonderful at her job. I have always loved Harbour Day spa but I definitely find the new location much better especially for how quiet the massage rooms are. A few of my other experiences at the old location I could hear the hair salon in the massage room so I love that it’s so separate now.

Will definitely be back for more of these massages before I give birth 100%

What a wonderful joyous and relaxing space to come for any kind of treatment. I had a delightful mother to be massage by the lovely Natalie. I was comfortable throughout the whole massage, and it didn't seemed rushed. Thank you again, I will be back.

Treated myself to the New Year New You package- what a beautifully relaxing package!! Back, neck and shoulder massage, back exfoliation, tailored facial, LED light therapy treatment and a hot stone leg massage… left my skin feeling beautiful, body relaxed and mind recharged!

As soon as I walked in to Harbour's beautiful new premises, & met the lovely ladies at Reception, I felt calm. The decor is stunning! It's all fresh & new & lovely! Jenna did a wonderful job with my hair colour and cut, and then was lucky enough to enjoy an eyelash lift with Kylie. Staff are wonderful - friendly & so helpful. Well done :)

Harbour day spa always makes me feel so comfortable and does such an amazing job! I’ve been going to HDS since 2016 and I’m always so happy with how my hair turns out! In the past few years I’ve been seeing Jenna and she absolutely blows me away every time she does my hair. She is such a kind hearted and caring soul and puts the upmost effort in to assure you are walking away happy after seeing her in the salon. All the staff are so lovely and I can’t recommend this place enough xx

From the moment you walk into The Spa you are greeted so warmly by Ellen and her Team. Thank you Sally for the most amazing facial and Massage. I drifted away into dreamland with your magical touch. I finished my spoils by having my hair washed and dried by Rach - thank you so much to all concerned . Love the new positive energy and styling of your new premises. I would highly recommend The Spa to anyone wanting a pamper.

I was given a mini day spa voucher and this included massage, pedicure and a return voucher. I booked over the phone which was easy and they also message you a reminder. I arrived at their new location, which is beautifully decorated and it’s much lighter than their last premises. It feels much more airy and open.
I was seated in the waiting area and Nicole came to get me for my treatment.
She wakes me through my treatment and started with a warm foot bath. Next was my massage which was outstanding followed by my pedicure and of course a glass of bubbles. I left feeling very special and relaxed.

I went to harbour day spa for a massage with a girl friend recently. Everything about the morning was so lovely. The professionalism of all the staff, greeted by friendly faces and wonderful treatment personalised to individual needs.

I was lucky enough to have my treatment done by Brodi. We got chatting and I said how my 4 month old daughter had recently had 2 long stints in hospital unwell. We chatted about the ups and downs of parenthood and the challenges it presents and hence why we had come to the spa for a little time out and to treat ourselves.
At the end of the treatment Brodi surprised me with a mini makeup session.
I was completely blown away by her kindness and generosity. Her random act of kindness made my day and meant so so much to me! It was such a beautiful gesture and I am so very grateful 💜💜🙏
Each time I go to harbour day spa I leave feeling refreshed, revived and relaxed.
I would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I have just had probably the most effective deep cleansing facial of my life at Harbour Day Spa this week. They had a brand new system called Hydra Facial just introduced and it was amazing. Elle did a thorough deep clean for my skin and this machine really sucks out the impurities and exfoliates dead skin cells, giving a light microdermasion effect then infuses hydrating serum with this wand that is constantly using water to cleanse, extract and infuse. My skin felt absolutely thoroughly cleansed, plump and moist afterwards. Would absolutely do this again and probably add in a treatment mask afterwards now I know how clean your skin gets (they show you what was removed at the end). The therapist did a really professional job. I was amazed they had just trained on it that same week. Oh well, I guess I got someone very well trained and really good at explaining how it worked. Highly recommended.

Can confirm that Harbour Day Spa is well worth it’s hype. As a group, we had the most amazing customer service and experience with the team. If you are looking to spoil yourself or someone else, I cannot recommend the team at Harbour Day Spa enough!
