Roma Street Station

I've used public transport systems in many cities in Australia and out.
3 weeks in and I don't think I'm going to need a car for work and that's saying something, since I am doing temp work therefore moving around a lot.
I want to commend the staff at Roma station for being so helpful and always smiling.

Thank you to two staff members that assisted my father this morning to get to my car as he was having difficulties walking. You were fantasic. Thanks again.

Love the eatery upstairs! lots to choose from. Always busy though especially around school finishing hours. On peak hours are dreadfully busy and trains are packed to the brim. Vending machines on each platform and friendly staff! Toilets also have audio so you know when your train is coming. Great place!

I would like to thank you Roma street station staffs on duty on 19/10/2018 from Brisbane to Sydney. I arrived at the station 10 minutes before the departure time and I was walking from platform 9 all the way to platform 2 with one big suitcase. The staff called Peter walked towards me and help me carry the luggage all the way to platform 2. Thank you Peter and the gentlemen at the check in gates ( both ends) and the lady checked my ticket. You are all very helpful!

Much nicer place to change trains than central, alot more bright, open and airy

The staff were very friendly and helpful as i had no sense in how to read a google map so well done for helping me out

Boarding the Spirit of Queensland... absolutely brilliant...

After picking my Elderly Mum up from the XPT this morning from NSW we were after the quickest walking way back to the Parking Station upstairs. Your Friendly Employee Taryn was beyond helpful by walking us herself to show us where to go. Please pass on how happy we were by her attention to customer service. 😊

Brisbane’s largest train station is centrally located to the CBD and is an easy trip of about 20 minutes to or from the airport via the Airtrain. Currently undergoing extensive renovations in preparation for the Olympics, it can be confusing to find your way around but the staff are friendly and helpful.

An excellent huge train station with 9 platforms! A lost property office! A coffee cart! A food coùrt! Cafes! A newsagents! Escalators to the platforms!

Great spot as an interchange for buses and trains. It's old and a bit clean but looks dirty. Easy to move around.

Great interchange station in Brisbane, love the atmosphere and serenity. The trains are usually on time and the staff are helpful. The transit centre is very dated and is in need of an upgrade, the cross river rail project is going to fix that anyway to better the station and I'm excited for that

It's a very nice train station and the fact it leads to anywhere you would want to go is also a plus .. I think it's a heart for most trains

It's alright for trainspotting. The bus platform adds another cool place to film. Although, I was filming on the Traveltrain platform and was told to step back a bit, which is acceptable, for safety concerns. But a cool station anyway.
