The receptionist Janine needs a new job. What a miserable, unhappy woman. I have worked in medical reception. I understand it's hard but how you can get through your day speaking to everyone like that is atrocious and when asked if I could complain to be told. "She is the one that deals with all the complaints" speaks volumes !! Good luck to your practice if this is the face of it

The practice and equipment looked liked something out of the 80's - they still only use fax (not even email), which created a problem with referrals - certainly not what you would expect from a specialist on wickham street terrace. Dr Harrison seemed to lose interest half way through the appointment and did not seem to acknowledge any information given nor did he seem to ask many questions, he treated my teenager like a 5 year old child.
Although we managed to get in to see him really quickly (a plus) his receptionist was rather rude.- don't think we will be back.
