Came in yesterday, and an absolutely lovely girl Sophie provided excellent customer service! Brightened my day! :)

I worked here on and off for a few years in the art department behind the retail store. I made some good friends and learnt quite a lot. My main boss was great to me and I find myself looking back at this time of my life only with appreciation.

Sophie was lovely, so down to earth & had good manners 😊

You need to update the opening hours on google, I went there today because google said you were open till 5:30pm, I arrived just after 4 and you were closed :(

Placed an order online on the 11th of August. Have only received one of four items purchased. I've been following this up since the 15th of August - I've had to reach out six times and still no resolution. Customer service has been abysmal.

I purchased what I thought was a wonderful flattering bright pair of billabong bathers. Trusting them I didn't pre wash them before going on holidays. The dye never stopped running. I ended up constantly with red skin. any clothing contacting them ended up red. Couldn't hide the fact from my friends. Had to stop wearing them. I was on a cruise so had no options. Spoiled my holiday and swimming had to cease.
