We recently purchased an old-style strata apartment in Ripponlea and engaged Skilled Conveyancing to assist. We had no idea how complex the contract would be in dealing with strata apartments built in the 1960s. The team at Skilled Conveyancing sorted out a complicated contract, highlighted problems and fixed them. They took on solicitors and aggressive agents/vendors and ensured that our interests were at the forefront. At times I felt they were overly aggressive, however, I quickly realized that they saved me potential major issues in the future and left them to do what they do best. UPDATE in 2023: Dawn and the team once again have helped us navigate the process of discharging our home loan and taking control of the Land Title, including giving us the confidence to insist the Bank and their Lawyers did things the right way, (rather than what we were first advised by the bank which would have left us with more of a headache and unnecessary expense).
