New lady Jennifer at the front desk is delightful and helpful, so too Chloe, a far cry from that dreadful Karen woman who was well ordinary.

Went into cancel an old account. Was first met with a lady who took my details down and was asked to take a seat until one of the team members was available to meet me. She was very polite and helpful. The wait was not more than 5-7 mins. The lady who took my case understood my situation and acted accordingly. She was helpful and explained the process alone the way. Thank you very much for excellent service.

Have gone there with lot of apprehensions regarding the reviews. We had a wonderful experience with the home loan adviser and travel finance adviser.

NEED BETTER SERVICES; A CUSTOMER HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO PUT SOMETHING INTO THE SAFE TODAY. BETTER YOU HAVE MORE WORKERS OR REDUCE THE BANKING COSTS

Wait time is long and it feels like customers are being forced to use machines to do deposits. Staff are pleasant, though some can be a little abrupt and not patient with elderly customers or those who don’t understand why they can change coin if they don’t bank with that bank. Kindness is free.

3.5billion half year profit but only 1 teller to service the people that put the money in the bank! What a joke… regional managers get your act together

Rude staff (especially teller!). Was waiting to see a bank officer and my turn in queue got skipped. Got told to wait until 10 when MAYBE I would be able to see an officer. Save your patience and go to another branch.

Called them and they wouldn’t pick up over the 3 days i would call them continually. When i eventually went in i was met with rude and intolerant service and wouldn’t know how to do the simplest of tasks.

No wonder the bank is going digital and these staff will be redundant. There were 6 staff doing nothing still we were told to come in 1 hour. After coming back still we were not served. Waited for 20 more minutes and went back since we were disgusted with their service and attitude. No more visits to Knox branch
