Was here when it was just a war zone, now it's quite also getting cleaner as each day passes. With new manager things are looking up for the Lodge

I recently stayed here from Brisbane and it was great, quiet(I live on acreage in Brisbane so this place was tranquil).. the book in transition was smooth, if you are use to a bit of drama THEN THIS IS NOT THE IDEAL SPOT FOR YOU AS THE GUYS HERE EITHER WORKING TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES OR JUST WANT THE TRANQUILITY most blokes keep to themselves but will stop to say gday,. suprisingly for the price quite roomy lodgings compared to other rooms I have stayed at for 60 bucks a night.. these rooms are functional and self contained.. enough to get back on your feet.. as long as you pay your rent. and don't make a disturbance, then you are left to do your own thing.. This is a fairly quiet lodgings, no loud talkers about and everyone respect that there.
