i absolutely LOVE This store, one of my favourite Eb games stores, way better than Eb games Castle hill and Eb games Rouse hill. Beautifully done store at a beautiful area of penrith.

These guys resurrected my dead console like a zombie apocalypse. I couldn't believe it. The staff were kind, the price was affordable and I guess it makes a lot of business sense for a games shop to make sure consoles work with a robust console maintenance service. I tip my hat to you, Sir. I'm very appreciative.

Beck was amazing help! Thanks again Beck! I had stick drift problems with my PS5 controller & Beck replaced it for me no problems. She explained how it was under warranty which i had no idea about, so thankyou for informing me. Now i can get back to gaming cheers. 👍

Today was my first time at this store and I will be definitely coming to this store from now on. Mark was very helpful and friendly. I asked for a price match for Far Cry 5 (released today) which is selling for $69 at JB Hi Fi, and Mark was happy to do this for me.

I highly recommend this store. I wish all the other stores had people like Mark working there.

Purchased a playstation classic which turned out to be faulty. Took it back today 6.12.18 they replaced it hassel free with a working one.
Friendly helpful customer service also everytime I've been in.
