Get Well Again

I have been a weekly client of Jake's for approximately 3 years. I had a lot of lactic acid build up & muscle fibre binding which was starting to hinder joint mobility. As i train at a high intensity I will be a long term client of Jake's. He has does an amazing job for my mobility & progress WILL continue. Strongly recommend Jake's services!!!

I am so grateful for Jake at Get Well Again. I first saw Jake with severe perimenopausal symptoms that caused so much anxiety that I ended up in the emergency room twice. I have been dealing with many health issues in the past 10 years, from bad headaches, food allergies , digestion issues, sinus problems , sleep apnoea, muscle pain ,balance issues , no energy , tiredness and fatigue being some of them. I was getting more and more unwell , things seemed hopeless and the usual treatments I had explored were not working. Most days I was not up to leaving the house.
In 4 months , since seeing Jake and getting treatment and advice from him , many of my issues have reduced enormously , and some have disappeared . I am so pleased To not have to deal with the side effects of prescription drugs but rather use natural ways of dealing with health issues.

Before finding Get Well Again I couldn't remember a time when I didn't suffer from severe levels of back pain - it'd been years and I'd tried physio, chiropractic ,acupuncture etc with no long lasting changes to my condition. I'd given up and learned to live with it ! Regular treatments by Jake over the last 2 years changed that. My back muscles are no longer locked down ; movement and spinal flexibility are vastly improved and Jake has taught me techniques to deal with any flare-ups that occur. I have been a client of Jake for several years. I have Parkinson's Disease & it would take too long to list all the problems Jake has helped me with, but because of his knowledge & expertise, the treatments I have received have resulted in me being in less pain & having improved mobility. I couldn't ask for more.

I have been a client of Jake's for over 5 years at his Raymond Terrace rooms. When I first saw Jake I was suffering chronic back pain with no diagnosis of what was causing it. In the previous 4 years I had done physiotherapy, exercise psychology, craniology, acupuncture, several other sorts of therapy and even tried several types of medication including oxycodone to no avail. I presented to Jake with blistered and mottled skin as the only relief was by using hot water bottles and wheat bags and spending a lot of time lying on the floor. Although I am not pain free I have had short periods of no pain and after 8 years even 1 hour of no pain was a godsend. My longest run was a 3 week period. May 2017 i had my first appointment with Jake. My energy levels had hit an all time low and I was extremely stressed. Having issues with my thyroid, I decided to give this a go and see if it couldn't help in some small way. After the advice I was given at my consultation, I haven't required medication for my thyroid, to which I was previously advised by other professionals that i would depend on it for the rest of my life. I had constant allergies, fluctuating weight, digestion issues, gut issues and generally feeling lethargic. Yes it costs money, but your health is really one of the best investments you can put money into. I feel good and recommend that anyone that isn't satisfied with their level of health go see him. You can only feel better.

Jake has treated me for a long time and has assisted in fixing every issue I've presented with. He is wonderful to talk to and I've found the treatments to be educational as well as helpful in recovery

I was suffering with really bad anxiety aswell as depression, I was a little sceptical about the whole naturopath thing, but I decided to give it a go, as I was willing to try anything at this stage. All I can say is, I wish I had seen jake a long time ago, as it was the best decision I ever made.
