I love this place. It feels like home, the staff are so welcoming. The most amazing staff. Jim, Adel, and the gorgeous Carly. They are just to name a few. They are so helpful in every way. Most times I just call in and place an order and it’s at the counter ready to go by the time I arrive. They take their time to engage with their clients and attend to advice and help needed.
This is the best customer service I’ve ever had within the industry and I’ve been going there since they opened.
Jim is one of the most humble humans and all his work mates love him because he’s such a gentleman. Thank you for your ongoing service.

Received this morning, 20 March 24, my first online order of 10 white towels (80×38cm) from Complete Hair+Beauty Warehouse of Smithfield, NSW. I placed the order on 18 March, so was amazed that my parcel arrived so quickly (via Australia Post) in a tiny rural town in Queensland. The towels are of excellent quality and value for money.

Love coming to get my supply's from Completes. Their service if fantastic always helpful and happy to assist you in anyway.. if i can't go in and pick up the stock.. just one phone call away and they straight organise what i need. The staff are beautiful and friendly and i am always leaving with a laugh and smile.

This company is great to buy from. Have been buying products from here for a while now and always receive everything I’ve ordered and in a fast time frame. If products aren’t available customer service offer alternative products that are similar to the out of stock product or a refund on the product. I will continue to buy from this company, as I’m extremely happy with my products and service. Highly recommend buying from these guys :)

I’ve been buying from this place for many years now. The staff have always been super friendly to me, & very knowledgeable about their products. They were able to see & hear the hair care concerns I had, & were able to help me address them. They showed me a bunch of different products, & explained all the benefits to me about each thing. Years later, my hair is in such better shape, & it’s all thanks to the great staff that were able to help me with my issue. I’ve always got my Angel products stocked up in my cupboard so I don’t run out! Highly recommend this place & their great workers that go above & beyond to make sure you’re happy with your purchases! Not to mention, they have a massive range of products to choose from, so you won’t be disappointed. This place is worth the trip.
