Dr Li has saved my life twice. Without his knowledge I wouldn't be alive to write this review. After suffering anaphylaxis due to Keflex antibiotics a cannula in hospital gave me a dvt, another surgeries Dr, gave me more antibiotics and sent me home, as I couldn't lift my arm I went to Dr Li, who told me I had a dvt and needed to go straight to hospital. He's very thorough. Dr. Kyaw is also a great doctor. I see people whinge about wait times, I'd rather wait and save my life than go somewhere quick and lose my life. Waiting is part of life and good things come to those that wait.

A lot less busy than the medical centre next door so you get seen quicker.

I can’t comment on the expertise/bed side manners of the doctors as I’m always in and out in <3 minutes with simple prescriptions.

But convenient long opening hours for when usual GP is closed.

Dr Kyaw is a brilliant Dr . He takes the time to listen and is always polite and understanding .
I have seen him now for 14 yr's and would never hesitate to recommend his care .. .

Extremely Nice staff, the receptionist was really helpful and friendly.

Dr. Alam was very nice and helpful.

Dr Alam always ruins my experience, expresses no genuine concern for his patients and makes me feel like a burden. Dr Kyaw is a great doc. However the practice itself is quite good I rarely have to wait very long and opening hours are handy, the receptionist staff always make up for it - very friendly.

I was supprised when I read the reviews here is my experience with this Mamre medical centre. The doctor who he is carring about his patients is Dr David Lee.
Not to mentioned one of the doctor Alam there on every Sunday, he is not that ethical as a doctor who just needs to check with the patient if the service was paid as it not under Medicare. Apart from what I was told to pay for it first by the receptionist. Also they accept cash only as there is no eftpos available. So have cash handy with you if you know you will need to pay for the service that's usually
not covered by Medicare.
Not impressed at all.

Docs are less than helpful on simple matters of referrals.

Hopelessly slow waiting times...have been here lots of times and going down hill!!

Absolutely terrible experience with Dr Alam. He is a very rude and unprofessional doctor. He prescribed me asthma medication claiming I have sever asthma and I should take this strong medication for at least the next 6 months 3 times a day. I refused to believe that I had any sort of sever issues that he is claiming
I obviously went to a different GP and he was absolutely shocked and horrified that any doctor would prescribed me such severe medication when it actually ended up later being only a symptom of normal flu from which I recovered without any medication. What kind of Dr would prescribed a patient with sever asthma medication without throughly checking the patient? Based the horrible reviews given to this Dr Alam, specially the one which mentioned he overdosed a young child should this doctor even be allowed to practice? This review is made with no personal malicious intention on the medical center or Dr Alam but merely in the public interest to warn patients about the unprofessional nature of Dr Alam.

The receptionist staff however are very friendly and professional.

DO NOT go to this centre, DR A Alam doesn’t know what he is doing, he is extremely rude, he OVERDOSED my 11 month old daughter. I don’t know how he is still a doctor to even think about who else has he done this to and it’s absolutely disgusting. Worse centre ever
