Auspresso

So lucky to have phoned Auspresso - Sonia and Jonathan provided truly wonderful service. Friendly, knowledgeable and with zero pressure to buy, I then popped into their showroom to check out the range of machines (and enjoy a coffee). Picked up the Lelit Mara X for a good price today, and Jonathan threw in a 1kg bag of beans as well. Buying the machine is only half the experience though, and you just know they're the sort of guys who will look after you when it comes to machine after sales and service.

After reading through the 5 star reviews and, just as important to us, the replies from the Company, we decided to head to North Parramatta to see for ourselves what others had experienced. We were not disappointed. Sonia spent so much time explaining the domestic machines to us and answering our questions. There was no hard sell from her. We were able to make up our own minds from her intimate understanding of the machines instore and make our purchase. We thought good quality service had long gone. We were happy to have this challenged today and look forward to enjoying our Rocket Giotto V.

I discovered this gem of a place by accident. After dropping off my rather well used Rancilio Silvia espresso machine there... I was greeted by first class customer service. My machine took approximately a week. I collected it with the minimum of fuss, I was presented with an itemised list of what was done, I was presented with a very reasonable bill for the work done, and now my espresso machine works better than ever thank you thank you thank you. Highly recommended.

The after sales service I received after having a manufacturer fault with my grinder was second to none - I was all sorted with a happy resolution within 24 hours.

The staff are all friendly, understanding and more than willing to have a chat and provide great advice.

I am super grateful to Calvin, Sonia, Jonathan and the whole Auspresso team, who were absolutely wonderful in bringing my old Bezzera machine back to life. The machine had not been used in ages and had a few issues but now functions as new! They were understanding and knowledgeable which made it such a pleasant experience. Most importantly, it's their attention to detail and the little things that sets them apart - from patiently explaining the issues and how they intended to fix (before works commenced) to carrying and loading the machine back into my car once it was done. I ordered a new ECM machine from Auspresso because they had excellent reviews and a great price. I ordered after 5PM on Sunday and the machine was delivered to my home on the Mid North Coast at 1150AM on Wednesday morning. This is all the more impressive because there was a Pubic holiday on the Monday! I can see that your reputation for good service is thoroughly deserved. Many thanks!

Not only does Auspresso offer a great range of coffee machines and accessories, their customer service is what makes Auspresso stand out from every other supplier. Sonia and Calvin are so helpful and generous with their knowledge and time with our purchase of a Rocket coffee machine. They are so lovely and spent a great deal of time showing us how to use the machine and also how to make a good cup of coffee! I also have to say that their beans are also top notch - beautiful taste and very well priced compared to the big names out there. I would highly recommend Auspresso to anyone - you just can't beat their service!

I agree with all the positive reviews. Fantastic service. I live in Canberra and a friend delivered my non-functioning Jura machine to Auspresso in Sydney yesterday. I Received a message this morning that all is fixed. The cost (including parts and freight back to my front door) was half what I had been quoted by a local repairer (who wanted a price similar to the Auspresso total repair cost just to look at the machine). I couldn't recommend more highly. Thanks to Calvin, Kyle and Sonia.

I would give more stars if I could. Put my machine in to them on Monday with the machine not turning on. They called me 40 minutes later to let me know what the problem was. Also gave me a price for the repair. Called me on Thursday to let me know it was all ready to pick up. Only took three days..and the part had to come from Melbourne. When I picked it up...the repair bill was $80 cheaper than quoted.
I would highly recommend this company to any one. Great service, communication and price. I tried this company because of the positive reviews...and I can see why.

I was recommended to visit Auspresso to repair my coffee machine (Jura), which they fixed perfectly. Dealing originally with Sonia, I decided to see what other machines were available. After becoming a professional coffee connoisseur in 1 hour, I returned with my wife and the whole team helped us out!!! Their service is amazing, honest, and went home with a new machine and a big smile on our faces.

Great Australian business. Great service and sincerity from Sonia and Calvin. They walked us through the coffee machines available and made a recommendation on what we need rather than trying to sell us the most expensive thing.
