I would highly recommend Eye Concepts in Fairfield.
The staff are wonderful and take great care in helping you choose your glasses.
I am very happy with my glasses and thank you for helping me choose the colours that would suit me.

There is a reason I have not been to any other Optometrist, the customer service is simply excellent, the staff are very welcoming and informative to ensure any customer leaves with no unanswered questions, the glasses designs are top tier, this is truly one of the greatest Optometrists in Sydney, thank you to Vivian and Kim who constantly assist me with any sort of enquiry along with every other staff member.

I have been going here for a long time. They always have amazing customer service and quality products very knowledgeable staff.

Tried another place last year, just to see what else is out there.

But for me personally I think I like this place better in terms of quality of the products they offer and the service they provide.

My review is for Kim. She was so patient with my elderly mum and made her feel so comfortable. She explained her eye health to us in great detail and her service overall was lovely. Can't speak for other staff but highly recommend Kim.

Not sure about the other reviews about the customer service here... but I was served by Vivien who had great customer service!

I originally was with SpecSavers and I was about to go on a mini holiday and needed my prescription sunnies within 7 days. Specsavers needed at least 3 weeks, so they referred me to Eye Concepts. Vivien from Eye Concepts was unsure if it was doable and tried her best! Even offered a refund if the glasses didn't arrive on time. She said she will feel bad if she didn't try. She was very attentive and constantly keeping updated as to how my glasses were going. Alas, it arrived on time. I was very happy.

I had a great experience at Eye Concepts Fairfield! Kim is a friendly, skilled and patient optometrist who is very dedicated at her work. The orthokeratology (ortho-k) service and follow-up is fantastic. I have been a customer for quite a few years and have always been impressed by the great service they have provided.

The staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful and the eye examinations are very thorough. Everything about my eye health and my prescription is always explained to me in great detail. I have purchased many pairs of glasses, prescription and non prescription sunglasses and also contact lenses and have never had an issue.

My 12 year old son started Ortho K with Kim last year and she is wonderfully patient and thorough during his appointments. The ladies and guys at the front desk are always friendly. My son loves that he never needs to wear glasses during the day and can easily put the contacts on and take them off by himself. Highly recommend Kim and Ortho K at Eye Concepts Fairfield.

Vivian and Thomas are fantastic, Friendly helpful and no hard sell like other places. They have a huge range to suit all budgets and modern testing equipment.

Very thorough eye examination, great range and prices. Love the advice given by Vivian about styles of glasses and Sunnies. Definitely recommend!

I had a dangerous foreign body in my eye. I saw the optometrist Thuc Quyen who so wonderfully removed it. Recommend 100%

I had to wait a really long time before writing this review and have to say now I've never came across such an unprofessional optometrist as these.
Happy and lovely to sell you, once they see you back again they know your descriptive glasses didn't work.. from there on wards it's not friendly haha. low business.
