OPSM Winston Hills

Bought partly rimmed glasses from them back in 2019.

Several days ago, one lens came out while cleaning. I managed to get it back in but it was semi-loose and I think the frame was slightly skewed over the years.

I took it back to the store today (12 May 2024) and true to the OPSM guarantee, it was corrected and adjusted for free. Even though the service was free, it was prompt service with a smile by the woman on customer service, which I greatly appreciated.

My partner & I were met with excellent customer service today. Not too in your face & not too absent. The young man serving us (baldish head with a Filipino appearance/ accent) was absolutely brilliant, knew his stuff & offered so much variety and assistance without being pushy. Plenty of staff in the store to assist with customers & lots of variety of product. After a terrible few experiences at Oscar Wylee in the same shopping complex a few shops down, I’d choose OPSM any day. 10/10!! Well done, especially to the young man who served us today (4/1/24).

I met with Joan the optometric last Sunday. She was amazing, diagnosedmy issuewhich was not picked up by Specsavers. She knew what she was doing. Exceptional customer service 👏. I will definitely be going there from now on.

The guys at OPSM Winston Hills are great. In particular, Vanessa. She is so customer focused but also really knowledgeable about all the products in store.
I chose a specific lens in my new glasses but it didn't work out.
I spoke to Vanessa who was so helpful and understanding. She booked another eye test and talked me through upgrading my lenses.
I was really happy with the extra care and service, so much so that I also bought a new pair of sunglasses. I wouldn't have done any of this if it wasn't for the sales and support from Vanessa. Good job!

The team at OPSM could not have been more helpful or efficient at their jobs. Mandy the Optometrist was thorough and took her time getting my script right. While Darren front of store also did an amazing job with helping me select a frame and discuss lens options, answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this teams for all your optical needs

I visited the Winston Hills OPSM store today to see if they could fix a pair of glasses I had purchased about 6 months ago from another OPSM store. Darren, the Store Manager, was very helpful in assessing the glasses to determine what could be the cause of the problem and whether they could be repaired or not. The end result was that he swapped the frames over for me which was a great result as the issue had been affecting my vision. A great example of customer service at a time where good service is hard to come by. Great job - I will be back.

Thank you for looking after my husband Joe recently during a complex optical condition. Without the care and your excellent knowledge we may not be in the good place we are currently. Your prompt attention enabled us to be seen at Sydney Eye Hospital and Vision Eye Institute. Your team have gone above and beyond for us and we are deeply appreciative. The optometrist was excellent! Very thorough and listened to my needs regarding my glasses, she also recommended a new version that would work well in my current work environment. Great experience. All staff at Winston Hills OPSM are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Darren and the team are fanstastic. The optometrist took time to make sure the script was correct for what I needed. Darren took the time to work out what I wanted and what worked best for me and the lenses on the script. Darren even helped me to get purple lenses in my purple sunglasses!

Visited the store recently to update my eyewear, including my prescription. The results of my eye exam were clearly explained to me and there were plenty of gorgeous frames available to choose from🤔. Staff provided helpful advice and suggestions to narrow it down, and I'm thrilled with my new eyewear 😃. Thank you to the team.

What outstanding customer service at OPSM Winston Hills. My husband needed new glasses and the knowledge and service provided by Darren & Naomi was brilliant. The staff knew their products and suitability. Great range of new styles in the store as well. This store should be commended on making this experience so easy.

I had a fantastic experience in this store. I felt heard as I had specific issues with my eyes. I would highly recommend Winston Hills OPSM. I can't recall the name of the female optometrist who saw me but she was so attentive. I had so much trouble choosing new glasses but the male in store assistant actually found a pair for me and they were perfect. Thanks again.

Friendly staff from start to finish. Optometrist explained everything she was doing and why. Even picking up glasses and having them fitted was a pleasure. Had them adjusted for a better fir a week later and still the same courteous service from everyone. No wonder I keep going back. Did try another optometrist last year but they wouldn’t listen when I told them they were worse than my original glasses.

Always receive exceptional service in this store. Not only do they have great brands they have Darren! Since he has joined as the Store manager I will not shop anywhere else. I always make sure that he is in store when I am going in for new frames as he has exceptional taste and knowledge!

Excellent overall experience at OPSM Winston Hills! Suki was very patient and accommodating by addressing each of my concerns - including explaining each test. Darren was very friendly and helped me through a fantastic collection of frames. I love my new glasses and would highly recommend this clinic!

From start to finish I had an excellent experience at this practice. My eye examination was thorough and unlike some places, I felt there was a depth to the exam and yet it didn't seem to take any longer (I have complex issues). The optometrist seemed very switched on and clearly explained some options for my new lenses that might address the issues I was having. The sales staff were friendly and not pushy, and they knew the product line well. I was recommended a pair of frames that I have to say not only fit me really well, but I have received several compliments about how nice they look and how well they suit me. I felt so pleased with the advice and service I splashed out on prescription sunglasses as well. Most important of all is I can see really well now and have a much better range of vision. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants quality service both from an optical and sales pov. Thanks so much Helen and team for making my day to day life so much better! :)

The best customer service of any optical centre I've been to. Every person I dealt with at OPSM Winston Hills was approachable and helpful. There was a problem with my glasses which they called and fixed up straight away and I was worried that my glasses wouldn't arrive before I went overseas so they kept an eye on the order for me and made sure I got them before I left. Very happy customer!
