Kumars Taj

We live in the Blue Mountains, Sydney so don't often get the chance to dine at our favourite indian restaurant Kumars Taj. We visited Sydney on 15/2 and we timed our leaving Sydney to arrive right on opening. The food is absolutely delicious, service is great and we always look forward to our next visit. Thank you for consistently delicious meals each and every visit.

Recently ordered catering from Kumar Taj for 35 people. We ordered Dal Makhani, Kadhai Paneer and Chicken curry, punjabi pakora, dahi ke kebab and chicken Tikka. Food was amazing. Each and every dish tasted so good and all our guests liked it.

We always enjoy the food from Kumar’s Taj . They never compromise on quality and taste.The staff is really good and they attend their customers very well. Food is served in time. We like their all the dishes tandoori chicken, makki di roti-sarson ka saag. ,Chicken Dum Biryani etc. An authentic touch considering the spiciness of your choice.Always recommend to others as well.

Five of us dined at Kumars Taj last Thursday and we enjoyed the evening immensely. Someone else here commented negatively about the Biryani but I found mine, with goat meat, to be fragrant, moist and very tasty. The serving was quite large but they happily gave me a container in which to take home the leftovers. We shared entrees of Vegetable Samosas, Onion Bhajia and Garlic Naan. For mains, we shared Chicken Korma, Chicken Tikka Masala, Malai Kofta and Chicken Methi curry. We were so full by the end of the meal that I couldn't fit any Gajar Halwa for dessert. Next time I will order it to go. A great evening was had by all and we will definitely be back.

I think I just ate the best mango chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life, the lamb vindaloo is to die for and the whole atmosphere, service and meal was amazing

This place is good for Indian food with prompt service and tasty food. The staff is very quick in taking orders and bringing food on table. The food was also very tasty and well presented. The tandoori roti and naan were very soft and keema naan was yummy too. This is located close to Quakers hill station and lot of parking available.

Going to this place from last 15years. One of my families favourite place for all our special occasions. Never got disappointed, food still always fresh and tasty. With great welcoming service from Staff and owner lady. Nice ambience

I loved the food here. We were only two and tired so we ordered mains only. Methi paratha, butter roti, paneer ka salan, mint onion and moong ka halwa. These all were really yummy. The food was looking so tempting that I forgot to take pics in the beginning. But still I managed to take pics 😁

Nice indian restaurant in Quakers Hill. Loved the Chana Bhatura!

Firstly, restaurant staff is really very polite and nice. Secondly food is delicious and of good quality. Try their goat curry and dal makhni. Must visit this place

Amazing experience! Friendly staff gave great food suggestions. We had a delicious dinner with veggie appetizers, Desi Murgi, Daal Makhani, and fresh Naans. Can't wait to return!

Best Indian restaurant I have ever been to the chef is not only a wonderful cook but an absolutely amazing person and so friendly and happy to always see us, we had the lunch thali today and it was the best thali I've ever had hands down, keep up the good work.

I celebrated my daughter's 1st Birthday at Kumar's Taj. Great food, awesome ambience and friendly owners and staff. All of my friends enjoyed the starters and the main course dishes. The price is reasonable, food tastes great, all the guests enjoyed the party - what else you need 😊.

Never have I posted a review on Google before but, this place really exceeded our expectations. We were invited by our good friends and the food is really fresh and tastes authentic to my experience in northern India. Really good food and the restaurant looks great as well. Highly recommended. Thanks for the young girl for the wonderful recommendations. We loved everything.

Hidden gem in Quaker Hills. For me it was my first time visit and I didn't expect much but surprisingly it was amazing. The food was delicious.

I must say, The Best Indian Restaurant in the area. I went with my friend for her daughter’s birthday party for the very first time and loved their food, ambience and service. Definitely worth your time and money.
