Spacious store with friendly service from all the employees. Knowledgeable staff who provide great advice but will be honest when they don't know something. Usually has a great range of stock but has been selling out lately because of Coronavirus, it's a good idea to call beforehand if you're after something specific. The Store Manager is a great guy who always goes above and beyond for his customers.

Absolutely breathtaking service. Despite there being one person managing the store at the time, she went above and beyond to ensure my son's trade-in was done with the best possible outcome. It exceeded his expectations. He worked hard for the items he had and was stoked to have something left over. She was knowledgeable and spoke in way my (mostly shy) son was comfortable enough to manage the whole transaction without me having to speak for him. After over 15 years of being a EB member, this is now my preferred store.

Things may be set up a little sporadically, but you can still manoeuvre a wheelchair around.
The staff are friendly, and happy to either serve you quietly, or stop and have a chat.
