Conveniently located close to the Brisbane Private Hospital. A bit hidden from the street, however easy to find once you get through the glass door and walk 20 steps down the aile.

I like the guy who works here and the girl I met today who did mine. I was in and out within 15 minutes and they are in general pleasant to be around. This was my second visit and the first one was good too with the guy. Thank you

They haven't updated the opening hours, now it closes at 12 30 Monday to Friday

Really impressed by the staff. Friendly and professional. I needed lots of tests done and I was not hurried. The operator helped me relax and obviously knew what he was doing. Confident. Non-judgemental.
QML units vary and this was excellent.

I found the pathology easy to find with the address details supplied. The guy that took my blood was amazing & made me feel totally at ease (who doesn't hate blood tests?!?). Would definitely recommend

Entrance to the building is a bit hidden but everything else is perfectly fine. The elevator is different than a modern elevator and more vintage. The rooms and building itself is very clean as well.

Staff were friendly, but I waited at first location only to them be told "we can't do that test, you have to go to another location"...

Nice staff, efficient, but the place is too old

The female phlebotomist was very rude from beginning til the end. She was unable to withdraw enough blood and blamed it on me. Was not a good experience. The male phlebotomist Roy was very polite and professional on the other hand.

Got there 15 min before they lunch break at 1pm, was left waiting till past 1. then have the lady there rudely telling me they are closed and started switching off lights and locking doors. Told her i was here waiting before 1pm. she said 1pm is their lunch break, come back later. What about my lunch break that i spend coming here waited and then being kicked out? If you want people to respect your lunch break, perhaps respect other people's lunch break too?

The male staff were very rude. He yelled at me and bullied my English accent. He need to see a psychiatrist. Don't go there!!!

The service here is atrocious. I just witnessed an awkward and inappropriate interaction with the customer before me. Now it’s my turn to be treated poorly, and yes, they delivered that in spades. The staff are aloof and rude!
