Good selection and helpful staff

Excellent service

Smaller local chemist so doesn't necessarily have the range of products that larger ones do but they have all the bases covered still. Also it's local and convenient and great to pick up a script in a hurry. I found the staff both courteous and helpful

Two staff holding a conversation were joined by a third staff member at rear counter.
All staff looked in my direction and could see me waiting at front counter. When I caught their eye, they all turned away and went in opposite directions. I waited and waited. Another woman came out of a door near the front register, saw me waiting, and stopped walking past. She then glanced at the other staff. I told her that they had just ignored me and she said she was on lunch and again went to leave. I had raised my voice so it could be heard at the rear and told her that someone must be able to serve me and that the others had turned away and ignored me. Just then a gentleman walked down the back of the store so the lady who had stopped decided it would be best to serve me. She served with ill grace telling me that when she was on lunch, no-one looked after the front counter.
I was extremely angry by this time so after I got my change I decided to go down the back and yes, I did yell at the assistants . By this time one was just pricing goods and the other was dealing with the male customer.
No-one apologized. Never again. We are new to this area so we will certainly be getting our prescriptions and associated items elsewhere.
It seems that no-one there knows the meaning of customer service.

Went in there and had someone that didn't know what I was talking about I swear I know more about pharmacy products than this silly lady...

Went in to get script filled. Lovely lady at counter said script was $41. Meds were there with my label on. I questioned the cost as I am on pension. She spoke to chemist on duty who wanted to see pension and Medibank cards. (These numbers are on the script). Chemist then came to counter stating that she could not supply meds as script was out of date. Huh? Script was not even 6 months old and obviously available at full price but not with concession. Not thinking quick enough I went to leave. At the door I called out that I wanted script back, I was told it had been shredded! What a rip off.

This used to be a family friendly chemist. Since changing ownership I’ve found the pharmacist to be very unhelpful and uncaring

This chemist is an absolute rip off!
Paid $10 at Terry White, they charged $20.45.
Another script paid $14.49 at Good Price Pharmacy, they charged $27.55.
Maybe a few dollars is acceptable but double is just thievery!!!
Will NEVER go there again.

We have been going here for years happily though unfortunately the latest employment of employees that two women who are just hopeless, it's giving correct information and giving a polite and understanding service.
I called up to confirm if a urgent chemo drug was in stock and that we had a script on file.
A very clearly spelt and said the drug and who it was for. They said very clearly to me they had it and I can come pick it up.
I got there and they handed over an incorrect drug. which was very obviously named differently and then told me that the one that I was coming in for would not be here till the next day. Still not understanding if there was a script there or not. They said they would call me to confirm if I needed a script. I never received a call back. I only have received an arrogant response and no acknowledgement that they told me incorrect information and Stuffed my whole day around and also risked my husband's tumor from growing further, when I could have gone straight to the doctor and the hospital to get the drug if I knew they were going to stuff me around.
The pharmacy has gone down hill and these new women need to understand they have a duty of care full stop and they will be spoken to deservingly if they mark up like this. They have a superiority complex and feel they have done nothing wrong. When you cannot provide the correct drug when you say you can or follow up a customer as promised, thete is something majorly wrong.
We will be certainly using another pharmacy from now on.

Unfortunately this chemist is now staffed some of the rudest and condescending employees I've come across,

Refused to serve me because they were closing in 6 minutes from the time I actually got to the counter for service. Very bad form.

I have been using the Pharmacy for years but will not be back in the future. Unfortunately a level of service is worse than before, especially by two staffs.
