Just picked up CFMOTO 450MT
The staff are the best I’ve dealt with over the past numerous years, this is my 40th plus purchase and really it has been one of the best dealer experiences I have had.
John in sales has been great with to deal with and so has Mitchell in the work shop they are the real deal in support and understanding the customers needs and concerns.

Had my first bike a week now, the team where fantastic John made it all very simple and delivered the bike to my front door.

Just picked up my Himalayan today. Great team, everyone was more than happy to help with everything from the bike purchase, to gear, to accessories and fit. They all had plenty of patience for all my silly questions. I couldn’t get the finance straight away due to my work situation, they helped me work that all out. I’m on my full’s but had done my research and knew the bike I wanted. No one tried to sell me a bigger and/or more expensive bike. Very fair and easy to negotiate with, no one’s trying to rip you off. All the workers seem to share a passion for riding and are more than happy to help you get on the road and riding.

Wow I don’t know where to start . I went into the store at Caringbah with my son for the first time around 2 months ago and was treated like a king mind you not knowing anyone in the store . I went back the neck day and purchased my new crf 450 rl , and that was just the beginning from sales to spares to service I cannot complain nor fault any part of this store all professional people that love what they do and make you feel very special soon as you walk in the door .I then went back again and bought a ct moto 125 and same same response accessories and service impeccable, well done team and keep up the positive attitude it goes a long way Thank you

Bought my second bike from these guys and can not say one bad thing about their service and level of dedication. John and Damien from sales, Sean from service , and Carl from parts are all so attentive and so helpful. Big shout out to John and Carl for their ABOVE AND BEYOND service.

Purchased my Royal Enfield from John. Great service, great advice, no pressure and amazing follow up service. felt so comfortable chatting to him, he gave me great advice being a first time rider, and offered me to chat with others in the building to assist with questions that would help me choose the right bike. Never once did I feel like I was being UPSOLD, or pressured. The after care and service department were amazing as well. First service 500KLMS later was quick and easy. Asked them to fit a camera hard wired to my bike and it was 'NOT AN ISSUE" for them. Super friendly staff. The guys in the retail room took the time to explain helmets to me, and find the right jacket, to suite me and my bike. I would definitely go here to purchase my next bike and accessories.

Really friendly staff, went in to try and find some summer gloves and quickly noticed that they treat both experienced riders and novice riders with the same attention, even my partner who doesn't ride commented about how welcome she felt there. Keep it up guys!

If you are in the market for a new bike ,head on in to see the team at MCAS caringbah. John Smith was great to deal with and no nonsense. From the first phone call, John gave me a great deal and made sure the transaction was painless. After introducing me to Cameron in the accessories department and picking up a few bits for the new ride I walked out feeling absolutely stoked. Well worth the 2hr drive south to seal the deal. Anything I need in the future, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

Customer service was second to none, other dealers weren't even in the ballpark with pricing and they really went out of their way to make sure my experience was enjoyable.

Alpinestars SMX Z Drystar Black Gloves

I picked these up from my local MCAS to replace my old and worn out Alpinestars gloves. I'm usually a large and these are perfect to size . They are very easy to put on and straight away feel extremely comfortable. I love that they have some grip on the palm of the glove to provide extra grip on the bars of my bike. And love that you can even use your phone with these so no more having to take gloves off to answer a call.

If your looking for a new pair of gloves I highly recommend you see the team at MCAS Caringbah they were Super friendly and have a great product range of all your riding gear , I'll definitely be back here to pick up some riding jeans in the near future .

Good choice of motorcycle gears. Guys are friendly and competent and always happy to give a ton of useful advice. They buy and sell motorbikes as well. Oh, did I mention that they have competitive prices?

Was here to buy riding pants and ended up buying a backpack and rain gear along with it as they had a huge range of good products. Very friendly staffs.

The best in the business. All the guys are very friendly and gives their best. I personally recommend Damian the best person to talk to. I got the bike i was looking for Damian gave me a great deal. The machine protection plans they offer are a pretty good option which they offer.

Went to buy a helmet and jacket on Thursday evening. Big selection, lots of space. Staff were excellent - the person who helped me has been there for five years, uses their products (he rides), and gave fair and balanced non-judgmental advice. This is the second time I have been there and when the need comes again I'll be back even though it is a long way from where I live.

John was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Sean and Phil were super knowledgeable too, they helped me pick my motorbike gear and had great recommendations to suit my wants and needs. Awesome team!
