I recently attended Motor Hospital for a safety Certificate. The wealth of knowledge that the head mechanic Anthony possessed was astonishing. He not only informed me on what work that was required to make my vehicle complaint, but showed me the areas where the work would be done. I found this extra attentive detail very helpful and feel that this extra care would especially benefit someone not familiar with mechanics or cars in general.

Motor hospital is a trust place to bring your car to be repaired.
Love their service,how they explain everything to you with photos and videos and you can tell it is true and they are not trying to charge you more to repair your car.
Their staff is súper friendly.

Yet another great experience at the motor hospital. Put the car (ve commodore) in for service and was contacted by tony with a few other problems I hadn’t noticed. Rear brakes sorted. New front tyres sorted, even replaced all my brake fluid with fresh. A great price yet again for all that was done. There was also a couple of other things to be done ( engine mount, door lock and spark plugs), not straight away. And the quote received is extremely competitive, so I’ll be booking in soon to have these things done. 10/10 yet again for service , price and no bull… cheers vik , tony and gang.

I have never experienced such a slick automotive mechanic service like Motor Hospital. It is a family owned business which is obvious as soon as you walk through the door. The hard working wife/husband management team treat their staff just like family, and they like to extend this vibe to their tribe of loyal customers. Not only do they keep your car in check - safety is always first on their agenda. They are the masters of exceeding expectations! A recent experience I would like to share - I was going there for a regular service and happened to have a minor accident on the way. As soon as I arrived they made calls to find the right panel beater for me at a great price, which was not part of the service I went there for. Hayley and Corey simply gave me their time and effort because they care. They also randomly change a headlight bulb at no extra cost when I need it. Just a small token of their appreciation for remaining a loyal customer. You'll also have fun in the foyer. There's spin the wheel game with prizes, a cool dog named Astro and a very entertaining crew. My most memorable mechanic experiences that's for sure!

This was my first time dealing with motor hospital and I must say it won’t be the last . They are very friendly, professional and prompt. Their prices are very good . They even made me a coffee while was waiting for car and kept me up to date on how the progress was going. I highly recommend them

They know what they are doing and very professional. When I made the booking, I told them that I would wait as I live a bit far. They were doing their best to do my car as soon as I arrive and updated me with my car as they go. They even took me on the floor to show me the conditions of my car that need fixing.
I was waiting at the reception during the car service. The waiting area isn't as fancy as other dealers service, but they did offer me if they could make me a tea or coffee.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to service their cars at the Motor Hospital.

Excellent service
I put the work van in to have the transmission oil and filter changed they checked over everything, They then rang to enquire about the timing belt if it had been changed at the required interval which I had completely forgotten about. It was about 50000k past it
If they hadn't made that phone call it could have been catastrophic engine failure.
Very happy with the service and the customer service is exceptional.
Would recommend and will continue to use.
