As a tenant moving to Canberra it is very difficult to get any sourt of assistance from agents as the market for rent is very competitive but this agency went out of thier way to contact me and to give me a chance when other agencies simply told me to look online. The second best thing about this agency is the virtual inspection that is provided to people interested in the property up for rent. This virtual inspection is counted as a ligitimate inspection which allowed me to apply for the apartment whilst I was interstate. It provided a 360 degree image of the apartment, I was able to virtually walk through it and inspect to see the state and size of the property. After seeing the apartment again in real life (after I was accepted) I was very pleased to see that the virtual tour did not mislead me in the properties size and its state.
