I love this local bookshop, staff are always so helpful and will even order in books for you that they might not have in stock. I love supporting local bookshops and this is one with a terrific range and service :)

It is so wonderful to have a great, independent book store in Canberra! Always friendly and knowledgeable staff- and a great selection of adult and children books. I love the atmosphere and spend lots of time browsing the shelves. All of the author events are fantastic too- especially the events for children. I love getting great book recommendations from the staff and they are always happy to order in books it they aren’t in store. Supporting local is the best!

Staff are extremely helpful and will ensure you leave with what you came for. It's also worth supporting local independent bookshops because the beauty of browsing should not be an online experience only.

A gem of Canberra! This fabulous bookstore is one of our favorite places. The selections are great and the staff is warm, helpful, and welcoming. We love attending the events too, and love that they support local authors and illustrators.

A lovely community focused bookstore.
They run twice weekly children’s story times, have authors in regularly, dogs welcome in store.
In store there is a wide selection of books in an neat and inviting shop.

This is a wonderful bookshop, in the tradition of bookshops owned and operated by people passionate about books and helping others to access them. I had lamented the state of our book trading market until this came along. Well done to Peter for bucking the commercial trend (tsunami) and successfully operating a book shop serving Canberra's book-lovers.
