Awesome service. I've bought a chandelier but found it didnt fit where I intended to place it, it was a little over 2 weeks but they accepted my return despite my having bought it from another branch and allowed me to replace it with another item. So happy with my nesting side tables :-)

Please know that Sarah is a SUPER STAR! For the past few weeks I have experienced some difficulty getting 2 items I truly want/need for the small cottage in which we live. SIZE does really matter when you live in a small space. Sarah, Wonder Woman, has a 'Can Do' attitude and goes to great lengths to see that customers are well looked after. I am so impressed and enormously grateful...I shall keep you posted as the story unfolds - waiting on items to arrive on a sea container!

UPDATE: Left ISHKA (Elizabeth) store yesterday 10th of August with 2 brand new, bedside tables. Sarah kept me informed every step of the way. The tables had to be made and shipped from India. Then ISHKA moved their entire storage facility and would not coordinate any new items received until NEW storage facility was organised. YES, it took a while, but, everything happened properly in the end. An apology was delivered along with a discount. Service was professional and our business was appreciated at every level. I admire and respect businesses that GO the extra mile. Well Done! Many Thanks.
