A large shop with a great range of products. Service is fast and friendly.
I bought my dog's new beds, And the quality is great, and the pricing was good.

Many goods aisle after aisle. Clear display and many items and sections to go and find your stuff. Spacious and the price is reasonable. Some even cheaper.

I find I always would go into Big W first as I am a plus size 22_24 person and I always spent a lot of money on clothes aprox $150.00 now they seem to stock XL recently are restricting their sizing and I'm lucky to come out with 1 peice of clothing that I tried on first. I use to be looking for a 26 which I use to get, without trying on first. Now I go into change rooms and have to ring a bell to get service to help me and now have slimmed down and have loads of trouble with getting a size 22. I have seen girl staff close to tears as they have to manage up to three sections this is so wrong, How can staff manage this and not get hurt. I have no family working here this is my observation as a customer. I will say, I have always got staff that have been nice to me and gone out of their way to help me when I finerally get service.
They have cut down on service people so a lot of the time I have to go to at least 3 different sections to get 1 person to help me ask for sizing. I do like the security staff they have so as an older person I know where to go to if I am unwell so that is a plus for me. I want management to know it should not always be about profits but also about happy staff and happy paying customers. Would I recommend Big W. The answer is a big No, not now.

BigW is a great variety store. I visit it every time i come along to the Mall

Popped in today to see if they had any small TVs. Got a great price on a small smart TV. Never heard of the brand but perfect for our spare room. Was easy to set up and get going.

This was a little pop up online store outside of big W an they had some gorgeous ornaments centiments an so much more I spent heaps, this lady that own an runs this business is lovely. It's Local SA business an thats great I always love supporting and shopping locally 😀

I always see the same employee guy at the front entrance. The one with little gray hair and old, always welcoming people with a smile. I like how all the sections of each thing is never moved so it's very easy to find things. Except candles. The candles were hard to find, but other than that the employees are wonderful, except for one that thought I was stealing because I'm a "teenager". Mainly here for the squishmallows, lego and $12 romance books.

Busy, busy, busy as always. Great staff, very helpful and happy.

There are so many good products at the store.. I put a pair of work boots on layby.. So excited to find that the men's boot was wide enough for foot comfort.. The Halloween 🦇 stuff is out. I bought makeup.. There's a HALF PRICE SALE on makeup.. The staff member was very helpful.. ❤

Friendly, helpful staff who will actually help customers with enquiries or finding items and if the staff member doesn't know they contact another staff member who does. Thank you for caring unlike most stores who don't care about customers. Prices affordable for everyone and a wide range of products.
