Superb place to stay

Our stay at Banksia at Middleton was rather pleasant. The lady we spoke to over the phone was really friendly as well. The self contained apartment we were in was clean and even came with a complimentary breakfast pack. However the rice pop in it was a bit dated but the rest were fine. Our kitchen was very spacious and reasonably equipped. Some utensils however could be due for replacement. It came with well equipped laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer. The two bedrooms upstairs were both very clean and spacious.

We stayed in apartment 17 it was clean, had everything we needed for a family of 5, a comfortable stay. A home away from home. Even had a visit from some local bandicoots. Situated in a beautiful location, our first trip to Albany, would love to return.

Very well serviced and maintained - had everything we needed. Wewill be back again. Hooked on Fish and Chips was beautiful.

Booking cancelled without discussion. First they advised it Booking.com’s mistake and to take it up with them as they couldn’t help. Now we find out apparently their leases are not being renewed. Our reservation has been booked since March (6 months) & now cancelled without discussion or even a call. Confusing as they are apparently trying to renegotiate new leases?! Yet not held our booking… Now too late to find alternative accommodation & change holiday leave which has been booked & is less than three months to go.
Very poor form & completely unprofessional Banksia @ Middleton. You took a booking - it should be honoured!
