I had a great experience here during my first pregnancy. The receptionists were always friendly and sonographers on time. When we questioned one result, as it contradicted advice from my obstetrician, they took the time to repeat their measurements with one of their colleagues. This was really reassuring and made the whole experience a positive one.

If you’re looking for a place that is highly professional but also comes with a friendly smile, you’ve found it. We were lucky enough to get an appointment at the last minute. Michelle greeted us at reception, appointments were running on time and our doctor had a lovely bedside manner. The whole experience was very positive.

I have always had a positive experience on my appointments at North Shore Women's Imaging. The front staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful when trying to accommodate working hours, especially during COVID when everything became mor challenging. The sonographers are also very experienced and knowledgeable and take their time to provide a thorough assessment.

My wife recently been there and said the service was great and the doctors and nurses were very gentle and nice, the receptionist nurses even offered tea and coffee.

Would highly recommend this place, they were ultra reactive and reassuring when a potential issue was found on my 20w scan.
They did a repeat scan to double check and their doctor took the time to explain all the options and was very supportive.

Poor reception service! Not helpful and annoys when you ask questions. But radiographer is great!
