Very impressed with the new management/pharmacy staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff take the time to really help.

I went down today and spoke to a blond haired chemist (apologies, cant remember name) and was very impressed. The chemist was extremely thorough in asking me questions regarding my presentation, medical history and other medical conditions that may lead the medication to be contraindicated. She then discussed my two potential medication options. As a manual therapist, I was very impressed and will definitely encourage patients to go and speak to the staff here as I saw genuine care for the individuals safety. Thanks so much and good luck

I recently visited Bulimba Pharmacy and was assisted by Amjad, the head pharmacist. Amjad was extremely informative, very helpful, and was willing to spend the time with me to discuss any questions I had which resulted in us getting the right treatment without having to visit a doctor. Overall, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend Bulimba Pharmacy.

Prices are almost always higher than major Pharmacy chains, but Bulimba Pharmacy's product is their second to none customer service. In my experience, every single employee showed nothing but compassion and has gone above and beyond. I would sincerely recommend using Bulimba Pharmacy if you have to regularly collect medications, as their "human touch" (Which is completely missing in the Pharmacy chains) is where the value of this family run business is.

This pharmacy shows unparalleled patient centered care and prioritises the safe, appropriate and judicious use of medicines over anything else. All pharmacists, pharmacy students and assistants that work here are extremely competent and knowledgable. Whenever I present with a problem whether it be an ailment that needs to be treated or a new prescription that I am commenced on; the staff take their time in asking clinical questions and providing excellent advice tailored to my medical history. More than once have they gone out of their way to chase up doctors whom have given me a prescription that has interacted with my other medicines, or whom have written an incomplete prescription. This is not a retail destination but rather a healthcare destination. The owners are genuine and speak their mind. I will not be going anywhere else (besides Hawthorne Pharmacy, which this family also ownes I believe). Thanks guys!
