Doug Hayes have been delivering to us in Brookvale for years. We are difficult to access anyway, plus we often suffer problems with blocked entry due to congestion. Drivers have mostly been stoic and patient, despite the frustrations. Thank you, Doug Hayes, for doing a great job despite the challenges. Onwards and Upwards!

One star for somewhat doing their job.
Driver insisted his truck cannot fit in the driveway to loading dock. Insisted he drops the pallet at the shop front. I had to drop all my tasks and get a few boys to unload the pallet by hand. Maybe you should pay me the driver's paycheck for having me do his job for him?

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever received from a transport company. Sent my driver to Sydney (A 3 hour trip for us)early to avoid the traffic as I needed my pallets early. Driver was told we won’t serve you until after 9AM! Absolutely ridiculous. Even Toll will still serve from 8 and if we get there early they will help us because they know how far we need to drive. When your service is worse then Toll you know you have a problem. Avoid this company at all costs!

Quality of service has fallen dramatically over the last few months. Nearly 1 week to deliver a pallet locally (Mount Druitt to Alexandria) is absolutely ridiculous. And the condition of the pallets on deliver is also poor. Pallets are either not strapped down securely, or the driver is swinging his vehicle around causing pallet shift. Never have a problem with the same pallets going to Brisbane. Will not be using their service again, and I definitely do not recommend using them.

Worst transport company I have ever come across. Booked a pallet to be picked up 3 days ago, still not picked up. Constantly call to ask when it will be picked up and get told next day. Do not use this company.
