Good clinic, reasonably staffed with good clinicians. 25 years living in Auburn and have always used this pathology service and have always found them available and helpful, never thought of going elsewhere.

I experienced significant issues at the lab, including the misplacement of my blood test reports. Additionally, the staff showed rudeness towards patients, and problem resolution took an unreasonably long time. A big regret 😩

Very big regret. I had a Harmony test, paid $430 and I haven't been able to get my results for 12 days. I was told I could receive it in 3 days. When I sent an e-mail, I was told that I would get the results from any collection center, and when I went there, it was said that you can get it from any doctor, but I have not been able to reach my results for 12 days. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

We took swab test last monday, they said we will get the result after 72hrs. Today is saturday. We called them etc etc and still no result. What a clinic. Zzzzzzz
