Chatham House Restaurant at The National Press Club of Australia

Last week I was privileged to partake of the Surf 'n' Turf special. It was one of the finest meals I have ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection accompanied by a beautiful bearnaise sauce and a wonderful fresh lobster poached in an exotic champagne infusion. The asparagus were delicately cooked and delicious, as were the baby root vegetables. Highly recommended 👍

Presentation of food is marvellous. Every dish is a show piece. Staff are all friendly and charismatic.

Restaurant is best

Recently, I had the pleasure of enjoying the Surf 'n' Turf specialty dish. It truly stood out as one of the most exceptional meals I've experienced. The steak was flawlessly prepared, complemented by a delightful béarnaise sauce, and accompanied by a superb fresh lobster poached in a unique champagne blend. The asparagus was cooked to perfection, offering a delicate and delightful flavor, as were the baby root vegetables. I highly recommend this dish to anyone seeking a remarkable culinary experience.

Great food

Food is good but the service could be a little bit faster and better coordinated.

Meals are ok nothing too write home about.

Complete waste of time. For members only. Clueless reception lady. Avoid.

I would highly suggest you look elsewhere to eat. Food is below average and boring. Lacks innovation and taste. Expensive and simply not worth it. I wouldn't recommend at all
